Easy to use banking app
I have another banking app for my other account and HSBC is the better of the two. Also, with this app I can view my account in my other bank too. I can’t do that with the app my other bank has.

not up to date balance of credit card
i have noticed that the balance of my credit card is not correct for a while. this time i kept the screenshot to make sure i m not crazy. on the 1st July, my balance was £360, i have made payment. but it was still £360 and adding up the other expenses.

I have iPhone 15 pro fully updated but some parts of the app freeze and then I’ have to start all over again

Delays in transfer
Why does it take so long for the money I transfer from my current account to pay off a credit card balance to reach the destination? Which bank is making interest off of my money by delaying the credit?
