App doesn’t get passed the log in since the last update. So painful to use anyway. Logs you out every 5 seconds, no functionality within the app to anything aside from view transactions. Search super basic, no insights etc

This app has been working great for months and suddenly it has stopped.
There is always an error now when logging in. The app support page is also no longer working !

Missing generate security code
Since last update I no longer have generate security code so I’m no longer able to logged in

Keeps opening filtered to 180 days and not current day…..you wouldn’t fix this??

Latest update seems to have locked filter by date to previous 180 days. Also next days transactions only show the name on the transaction not the amount.

Awful, ZERO stars, change banks.
As the default app HSBC force you to use when opening a business account, in 2025, it’s embarrassingly bad to use. Has anyone at HSBC used it? Have they seen other banking apps? And their onboarding and registration process is a maze of bureaucracy I’m amazed anyone has the patience to navigate. All of this combined is essentially a total dealbreaker, we’re moving banks.

Horrible app not in line with what’s expected in 2025
Horrible scanner, it fails every other cheque, it is the worst banking app I’ve seen, particularly to deposit cheques. I wish I could change banks, this was a corporate decision, really poor software.

The constant updates right when you need to use it are so frustrating. They take far too long long.

Username change is annoying
Having to type a long username is really annoying, especially as you don’t let us change it!

The most inconsistent app ever to cash checks. Either it works or it won’t.
What monstrosity is this ?
You can do money transfer even to existing beneficiaries ! I spoke to my RM and they said it’s for my account safety. What’s the point of this app if you cannot transact ?

Delayed transfer
Usually the app has been excellent- however we have had a transfer stuck for over 2 weeks now for a significant sum of money.
