Worst Banking App/Experience Ever

I recently opened a premier relationship and I’m already considering closing it. The mobile app is terrible, I think it was developed in the 1980s. There is a lot of functions you can’t do in the app which you need to login to internet banking for which now requires some kind of crazy verification with your mobile phone.
