Please I ordered food and it got cancelled and I haven’t received my refund
Delivery takes too long
I don’t know if it’s just me but the delivery riders on this app take soo long after they pick up your food. It’s as if they run their own errands before coming to you. I’ve stopped using the app and I’ve switched to calling the restaurants myself and having a Yango deliver the food to me. It’s a lot faster and cheaper this way.

Very unprofessional
Couldn’t you have cancelled my order earlier but you had to let me wait for two solid hours before cancelling it? You could have cancelled it right when there was an issue, why did I have to wait two entire hours before you cancelled it? In your opinion, do you think that was fair or professional???? These guys are one useless and crook company. I ordered for a wine with their loan offer and the order was cancelled yet I was put into debt and deducted money from my account. I’ve called customer care more than 3 times all to no avail, refund me you idoit pigmatic fools
Never order from Hubtel
This is the worst app to order food, the drivers take more than one order so it can sometimes take over 2 hours to receive your food and when you contact Hubtel they say the driver is on their way and close the ticket so you can’t respond or create a new one. When you greet them without evening telling them why you’re contacting them they close your ticket.

Your app now focuses more on bills payment, rather than food. We are on this app because of food.
Please the main reason why we downloaded your app is to order food but your focus is now on bills payment(electricity, water, Momo etc )such that we can’t even use your app anymore to order food. You’ve lost focus.
This App is built as a Criminal App.
If you order something and they cancel the order they’re lock the money on the app unless you use it to buy something in the app and that’s Total Nonsense
Ordering from a different location
I understand the need to inform customers of a lengthy distance when ordering food but barring foods simply because they aren’t exactly near them is a bit of a waste for the app.
To order something from tech to bantama is impossible and I find that a tad bit ridiculous please.
There should be room to order for someone else at a different location or even yourself if need be.
Could you kindly add a feature to help with this problem? Thank you.

Very good app, I love it...
But, not being able to monitor your order is quite frustrating. Note that these are edibles, and customers need to be able to track these riders without any difficulties so do well to work on your map for easy tracking of riders.
Aside that, the app is excellent.

It seems your UI team goes out of its way to make it harder to tell which Restaurants are available with each update, with the most recent update being the worst. Change for change’s sake. Just create a tab where *all* available restaurants show up like it used to

Is this app for trading and delivery or it’s only for delivery, because I’ve tried about four times putting different kind of new visa cards but I’ve never had my money in my account before and I don’t know how this works or should be done because I’ve done everything they ask me to do before putting my valid card but I still get no money….when I enter in a new site they now tell me the new card is old now, hubtel tell me how my card became old in just a second with me getting any benefits from the bought card..please reply me to this

I just downloaded the app and I must say I’m impressed
Payment status issues and locational distress
This is the first time I’m using it. The amount I need to pay has been deducted from my account but I haven’t received confirmation and they keep telling me it’s being processed. I have refreshed it over 100 times. I also can’t find the option to confirm my location
Good customer service
I like the fact that customer service calls and very quickly too about any situations with the order. It’s very professional.
