This App is Amazing

I love this app, it does just about everything. The only thing it’s missing is connecting to Apple Health so I can track my sleep. I’d love to have all of that information in one place instead of going back and forth. I’m not sure if I’m just missing it, but you can’t track sleep at all in the app, so having it connect to an Apple Watch or whatever wearable you use, would be awesome. If you do have that and I’ve missed it, please let me know!

Thanks so much, we love to hear it 🙌 .You're not missing anything; sleep tracking and wearable integrations, including Apple Health aren't available just yet, but these features are coming soon! Keep an eye on in app announcements and emails from us for updates. We can't wait for you o have everything in one place 💜.

Please be more inclusive

I struggle with living with the daily life of have POTS and this app was recommended to me after a visit to my heart doctor with my mom. I went to set up an account and it says you must be 18+ to make an account but the app when you download it says 13+.

The thing says 13+ which I am yet when i put my bday it says i have to be 18+ so i have to lie about my age which idk why i have to if the app says 13+. Developers please help me!!

Everything all in one

This app monitors all symptoms, medications, health appointments etc and you can journal important information. HH is convenient and easy to use giving you insights and reminders. I love it.

Best health app out there

I love this app. More importantly the team at Human is open to feedback from its real live customers which you don’t find a lot of place. They are always working on ways to bring more features to the app as well.

Great app, exhausting to log

It’s a great app, hard to remember to log everything and exhausting when you have a lot of symptoms

So helpful and user friendly.. and there’s room for improvement

I find this app easy to use, and I really appreciate being able to see a chart of my symptoms over time. That feature makes it much easier to notice patterns and track how things are changing.

I do wish the app offered more tools on the treatment side. Ideally, I’d love the ability to track treatments alongside symptoms and see potential correlations between them—for example, whether anxiety changes in relation to meditation.

I’ve been experimenting with different approaches to support my health (meditation, supplements, medication), and it would be really helpful to at least see a log of when I use each treatment, and even better if the app could help show how they relate to my symptoms over time.

We really appreciate you taking the time to write this review 💜 it's great to hear the symptom charts have been useful for spotting patterns over time. What you’re describing on the treatment side makes a lot of sense. Being able to track what you’re trying and see how it connects to how you feel is a big part of what we want to get right. You can log treatments alongside symptoms today, and we do surface some insights for them already. That said, it sounds like it’s not quite doing what you need in practice, which is really helpful for us to understand. If you’re open to it, we’d love to chat and learn a bit more about what you’re tracking and what you’d want to see. And we offer everyone who completes a call 3 months of HumanPlus for free. You can email us at support@human.health and we can set up a quick chat! 🙏

Love this app

I LOVE THIS APP!!!!!! It keeps everything I need to know in one place. The only thing I would add is in the new vitals spot I think you should put a spot for actual vitals because I like to stay do mine at home so I can be proactive and if my blood pressure is off for too long in a row I know I need to bring it up I usually write in the journal but it’d be nice to just fill it in instead of typing it all out in the journal. If you needed to you could put it all in 1 tab or you could put a blood sugar one, a blood pressure one, a weight/bmi one, and an oxygen one. Because my late mother being a type 1 diabetic and my father who’s still alive being a type 2 diabetic would benefit a lot from this app if it had that. And high/low blood pressure also runs rampant in my family and that would make it so much easier to be proactive on that.

Thanks so much for the kind words 💜 we’re really glad to hear Human has been helpful for you. We’re currently working on a dedicated blood pressure tracking option, so it’ll be much easier to log and keep an eye on over time. If you’re open to it, we’d genuinely love your input as we build this. Feel free to email us at support@human.health and we can share what we’re working on and hear how you’d want it to work 😊

Make it better

Wanted to love the app. Cannot make it work. I’m a tech savvy 24 year old. Have tried to add my conditions and treatments 10+ times. Nothing is working. Or it’s not clear enough how to do it. Even went to the help page.

Overall Great!!!!!

I really love the app and all the things you can track on it. The thing that would make it perfect is if you could track sleep, bowel movements including Stool type tracking, and food/water intake. That way I could use one health track app instead of two.
I also would like unlimited symptoms

used to love

but can’t log symptoms anymore - makes this app basically useless for me. please fix!

Feeling hopeful

I really love the app and was amazed by the amount of effort put into the massive amount of illnesses known.

Thank you for everything! Best app yet!

meh

not for me. i don’t like this app for the pricing and user interface

Complicated

Not the easiest app to navigate or figure out. As a leukemia patient the lab work input would be nice but it’s locked behind a subscription when cancer patients are already paying for a lot to manage and help them with said cancer. Fortunately I’ve found a better app with lab input and other helpful leukemia/cancer options for far less. This app may be useful for some but it’s not a match for me.

18+ for what reason?

Why do you have to be 18?? :(

If you have any health concerns, you should use this app

Human Health has helped me better identify my symptoms and advocate for my health and treatments

Excellent, hopeful for development

I really like the logging and profile details on this app. I have tried others, but I really like that with this app you can choose if a particular symptom had an overall effect on the day or you can time stamp when it happened and you can optionally add notes to it. Changes I would like to see are a calendar view of symptoms to find patterns, where you can see trends of 1 symptom or just look overall at your symptoms over the week or month. I like the data reports but I haven’t seen it in this view. Another change I would like is rating the symptom only by impact on daily functioning. I would like to have the option of the severity, or pain level, and be able to add time stamps of it occurring multiple times in one day and maybe a note for each time so there’s an option to add what could be a trigger. Overall - this beats the others I have tried that don’t have time stamps, must pay for reports, and don’t have the same profile details. I do recommend it!!!

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re so happy to hear you’ve found the logging flexibility useful. Spotting patterns is something we’re exploring, and your suggestions about multiple time-stamped entries and rating options are really valuable. Feedback like yours helps us decide what to build next. – The Human Team

tedious but really good

love how diverse it is in options, medications, diagnoses etc but hate how manual it is in terms of relating info into it. i wish there was a feature i could add my medical history & sync apple watch/whoop band for history n future

Frusterating

This would be a great app but I paid for premium and it won’t let me download the timeline of symptoms. It only lets me download notes and journal entries. Making the last 10 months of data useless! I’m so frusterated!

Must have

If you’re chronically ill you need this app!
