They deducted a different amount of money than the one mentioned for their order, I contacted them they deny it although I have a pic of the meal price and the deducted money and still they deny it 👎🏼

Worst customer service experience
Absolutely unacceptable. I placed a pickup order that was promised to be ready by 6:20 PM, but after driving to the restaurant, I was repeatedly told to wait. After more than 15 minutes, they finally admitted they were missing an essential ingredient and had no idea when it would be ready. I didn’t receive my food until 6:55 PM, causing me to almost miss an important appointment.
What made this experience even worse was HungerStation’s customer service. I contacted them while it was happening, yet they refused to refund me if I canceled, even though the delay was entirely their fault. Their only response was, “We’ll pass your comments to the restaurant so it won’t happen again.” That’s not a solution.
How am I supposed to trust an app that takes no responsibility when things go wrong? If customers can’t get a refund for mistakes made by the restaurant or the platform, then what protection do we actually have? This was a complete waste of my time and money.

آخر مره طلبت من عندهم جاني عمال التوصيل و مامعه صرف كاش ولا معه شبكه طلعنا الشارع ندور صرف عشان اعطيه حقه والله خدمه جدا سيئة
Horrible as a foreigner!
I was looking at getting groceries, went through the whole process of picking items that I wanted… just to get to the final part where I have to put in my phone number and even though it has the US code, they don’t have the Canadian one. So it wouldn’t let me create an account, or place an order at all which is ridiculous! If it’s the same +1 area code how are you gonna tell me it’s invalid, when you don’t give me any other option
