another NYS grant disaster
Similarly to other reviews I’m seeing from many years ago, this app will not allow me to buy a fishing license. Not only have I been a NYS resident for 10 years, I have been a state employee for 7 years. Despite this, the app is telling me that I am a non-resident of NYS. Is this app supposed to be a payment portal or a portal to Hell? Anyway, this will give me something good to complain about while I’m on vacation.

App barely works when it does
When you go to purchase a license it will lock you in a perpetual loading screen now. I have had this app for several years and it’s always been a problem. Now it’s pretty much unusable might as well go to your local sporting goods store and get your licenses that way. Even when you try to go online you’ll still get locked in that loading screen hopefully it works for the folks at the sporting goods store but I’ve known them to have problems as well with the system NY State uses.

This app shocks
While I try to show my licence to Dec ranger this app keep saying error. Can't print my fishing license either.
Login doesn’t work
Login no longer works making the app useless.
Unable to Log In
The app won’t let me log into my NYS account. Keeps giving me the same error message which I need a comp sci degree to decipher. How do I use this?

This app never works. Kinda like the NYDEC in general.
Horrible site
This site is terrible. Signed in to buy a fishing license and even though my license and address state NY resident, it only offers me the option of non resident. Being throw from page to page of regulations, but can’t get to where I need to be. Such a waste of time. Hope they fix this and make it user friendly

Do not use this app. It is terrible. Go to the Website and save yourself some headaches
No way to reset password
I think they try to frustrate you into not using to the app.
Bad APP
I have never been able to logon to the APP. It is a nightmare to use and I am pretty good around computers.
Pretty solid
I haven’t had any issues with Glitches and it’s really nice to have all my tags and licenses on me at once and being able to see when they expire or when they were filled out is great… Keeps track of all the confirmation numbers as well
