DON’T BOTHER
This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Why tried because I can’t even set up an account. I read these reviews thinking can’t be that bad. It. Is. Has insane parameters that they dont tell you about until after you submit and once you do it makes you start from the beginning. 7 tries later it says can’t set it up with no explanation even when I did the insane parameters. User name 12 letters numbers or underscore. On top of that the QR code on the bill takes you nowhere. How in a city full of tech nerds they couldn’t find someone to build an app. This is a temu app.

If I’m not having issues logging in then it’s issues making a payment that usually results in late penalties when I forget to go back and try for the 4th or 8th time.
And make the payment process easier.
I think it’s like 4 confirmations after scrolling through each to complete the payment I just authorized. Seriously?
Enable Face ID for login or at the bare minimum include a way for auto login from portable devices.
It’s pretty basic stuff now in 2025.
Include Apple Pay.
Your grandpas not the only one paying bills.
Please update the app. I just want to simply pay my bills and go back to being broke.

It Stopped Working
It’s really convenient to have an app for utilities services, but things in the app have been slowly breaking for a while and now the app is now completely broken :(
Huntsville utilities more like Huntsville Garbage
What can I say about the monopoly that is Huntsville utilities. They will steal your money, they beg you for donations at every corner, they will shut your power off after sending your bills to the WRONG address. Then they will charge you for their mistake. Utilities having a monopoly is borderline Russian communism but hey any government agency is at this point

Not Dependable
I LOVE the idea of having a Huntsville Utilities app. It is great, when it works. Most months the app will not work. You have to go through a long drawn out process to get it to work and sometimes after the long drawn out process, it still won’t work. :(
hasn't worked for MONTHS
y'all price gouge the living you know what out of us. the LEAST you could do is take some of that ridiculous surplus you have on hand from stealing from huntsville residents and invest it into an app that ACTUALLY WORKS.

This app is almost infuriating to use. 9/10 will not load when you need to, will not save my information, and constantly crashes resulting in having to restart all progress.
App down for a few months
The app worked fine for making payments for the entire 3 years I used it. However, now when I open the app I only get a blank white screen. I do not think the app is compatible with ios 17 or greater. I look forward to a resolution from the city on this.

Not worth the time
Your app is a piece of garbage! You go to register, and it won’t let you go all the way through the process to get registered. Trust me people it’s not worth the time or aggravation to try to set this piece of garbage up on your phone.
No longer works in iOS
As of the latest update to iOS - 17.2.1 - this app no longer works on iPhone. Upon startup it opens a window but nothing useful is displayed. The window just stays white.
Doesn’t work
App freezes on a white page with a blue bar across the top. Doesn’t allow access. It was garbage before and now it’s completely unusable

Every time I go to pay my bill the app won’t load. I even restart my phone. You want paid don’t you?

Needs an Upgrade but works
I have been using this app to pay my bills for years. It gets a 5/5 stars for that. I give it a 3/5 now because it’s starting to show its age. It is time to give a facelift and upgrade.
Very bad, worthless
PDF of usage only shows a hard to read raw data table, does not show gas and water usage, just says no data. Someone from the utilities management board should be asking the question How much was spent to develop this useless App?
