Destiny and all the team members have exemplified excellent customer service skills. Additionally, the body of my car looks better and better and better! To date, I am a pleased customer! NLB
App Fine Service Poor
The app works fine but the service leaves much to desire. I’m not sure if it is just the location that I use but my car comes out is if a wash did not take place especially in the front and the lower part of the car. I have been trying to cancel the membership but the emails bounce back.
Very Poor Customer Service
Don’t recommend!! I’ve been paying for a monthly car wash plan since they opened in Columbia. Today while detailing my car I went to pick up the tire shine, bug remover & fresher. When walking back to my car I was stopped and told I had to ask permission to use those items. I set them down and asked permission to use the items. I will be moving my membership to another car wash that knows how to give customer service. This is not the first time I have received less than acceptable customer service from this company’s employees. It will, however, be the last time they will have the opportunity.

Even though this is a large car wash, they seem to be understaffed. The customer service was disappointing, and some of the employees were rude and unfriendly. I expected much better service from a business of this size. They definitely need more staff and better customer service.

Leaving
Since hurricane purchase this location the quality of service has deteriorated tremendously. Even though I pay for tire shine, my tires never see it because it hasn’t worked in months Time to move on

Excellence
I love how convenient it is. It’s not just easy, yall have a great group of people working there. I always hear wonderful things. I’ve had a membership for a year now and I’m happy. Keep it up!
Rude worker
Rolled eyes at me all because he couldn’t use hand signals properly
Redeem
Went to the car wash to redeem my free wash and there’s no barcode to even be found
Broken ever time you come through
Why is it that every time you come through this car wash in East Brainerd there’s always something that doesn’t work the second brush that does the top of your car in the front hasn’t worked for over a month and a half could be close to two months now and nobody ever seems to fix anything here. This is the worst car wash location of all of them. I went to the one up in Ottawa and it worked fine a week or so ago.

Water spots
The air blowers might as well not work. Always have to use several to dry vehicle to stop water spots on hood and front of vehicle
Loving Hurricane Express Wash
This place is so convenient. The staff is helpful and friendly every visit. It has definitely been the best gift I’ve received in 2026.
Not what I pay for
I pay for the cat 5 car wash but half the time I don’t get it! They are really pissing me off
Bust
App says I used my daily wash and the wash bay is not even open. It’s 7:25 AM.
Excellent service
Excellent service! Robert is a dedicated worker always willing to assist when the need arises. Thank you Robert for all you do and keep up the good work!
Concrete entry way far too narrow.
After months of dodging the poorly designed entry point I damaged my wheel. By the looks of it I’m not the only person to hit it. Chunks of concrete removed already. The rubber mats you installed didn’t fix the problem you’re obviously aware of.
