Professional Service
I went through the colonial Avenue location in Fort Myers Saturday, June 20 at 4:50 PM. The two guys were working in the beginning of the wash. Did an incredible job. I mean they got under my truck and sprayed the dirt and scrub it great employees.
Terrible
Every time I use this app I’m told that I’ve already used my wash for that day. I must go to my usage history then tap to get a bar code. Someone needs to redo this app and make it user friendly.

Introduced to the Car wash a month ago. We are enjoying the experience. We hope to continue using it again once costs in other areas are easier for us to manage. Because of the war, we can’t afford to wash it any more bb

App is poor. I can be on the property of the car wash. The app can find the location. Poor.
No place for feedback
Please add a place for feedback in the past, I pull up I used to get my car brushed down the last few times I’ve come through the car wash that part was deleted. I just rushed through the top.

Hard to Use
Couldn’t find where to scan the app when at the location & there was a sign by the road that said first car wash free when you download app…couldn’t find that either. Rip off! Won’t be back due to false advertising!
Who can help
I bought the subscription. Went to wash. Scanned as a wash then would not let me in. Had to back up. PY to wash and lost my wash for the day.
