Used Hyperpure for years
Used Hyperpure for years and it’s honestly the most inconsistent app/service I’ve dealt with. Every single week it’s a new issue — delayed transport, missing items, last-minute cancellations, damaged packaging, poor quality produce, inconsistent stock availability, random rate changes, and zero accountability.
The biggest problem? Support. Raised complaints countless times and nothing ever gets resolved properly. Same issues keep repeating with no improvement. Running a business becomes stressful when your supplier is this unreliable.
If you depend on consistency, quality, and proper service, I genuinely wouldn’t recommend Hyperpure. There are far better vendors who actually value their customers and understand how important timely delivery and product quality are for businesses.

Very disappointed with staff and their management
I have been ordering from Hyperpure frequently, but every time the delivery slot I choose is not respected. For instance, when I select the 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. slot, they deliver at 2 p.m. or even 1 p.m. If I adjust the slot to 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., they still deliver at 12 or 1 p.m. And when I pick 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., they arrive as early as 7 a.m. This is extremely inconvenient, and I can’t rely on it. Moreover, whenever I speak to the staff—whether it is the delivery rider or customer support—they respond in a very rude manner. There is no courtesy in their conversation; they simply say that the order is canceled without any explanation. Additionally, even customer service does not provide a satisfactory response. Hyperpure, please ensure that delivery times are accurate, and the staff treats customers with respect; otherwise, I will have to order from elsewhere.

Overall fastest easy and best
The product listing needs to be improved. Like fresh yeast. Donut cutter. Bakery margarine. Etc. Otherwise its great. Also needs some bakery standard preservatives and all. To be listed. Otherwise its top notch app

These people have canceled my order multiple times around 11:30 PM, which means I can’t reorder for the next day because the cut-off time has passed. When I called customer care, they just told me if I still wanted it for tomorrow, I should go for express delivery—and pay extra delivery charges. This is such a scam. They purposely cancel late at night to push customers into paying more. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Because of late delivery issue, my losses almost across ₹2 lakh , worst experience, never use it for businesses better than this u will find better delivery system in market , i know it’s little bit costly but it is worth it at least you don’t have to wait till evening and suddenly u see order cancelled

Anyone who owns a restaurant should not order from Hyperpure, they do not deliver on time, they lie, the order will be delivered right now, it will take some time, by doing this they waste two days, they send expired stock, the vegetables come bad, they block your money, there is no solution on customer support, you will definitely have sales loss, the raw material is not received on time and the money gets blocked, that's a different matter, they harass them, there is no senior to talk to, if you say the truth then you are a fool
