Fraud
Hyphen is doing fraud with people my money got debited twice, but in order history, I can’t see any order of mine and their pathetic customer service. They don’t respond only the bot play with us. They are doing fraud for that reason. No one is contacting us or telling us what is happening. Will my order will get delivered or not my money also got debited twice, but no order is received till now, and I can’t see my order even and I have ordered from Hyphen app, not even from website and this things are happening didn’t thought that Kriti Sanon app will be doing fraud with us

App UI is really smooth & navigation is perfect
Being a Men too, I recommend Hyphen products to everyone. I usually don’t post any reviews on App store but I’m really impressed with their products line, so have to write this review. Use it to believe it. Not a drastic change in ur skin texture you will notice but yes it helps to keep ur skin hydrated, tan free & youthful. App UI, navigation & offers all upto the mark! 👌🏼

1 star only because I can’t give 0. Hyphen has the most pathetic customer service I’ve ever experienced. They cancelled my order themselves, took my money, and then completely ignored me when I asked for a refund. No updates, no proper replies, nothing.
It honestly feels like they only care about taking customers’ money and disappearing afterwards. I contacted support multiple times and got treated like my issue didn’t matter at all. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible company.
Please think twice before ordering from them unless you want your money stuck and your messages ignored for days. Worst experience ever. Never ordering again.

Very bad experience i faced with you Guy’s
Recently i have ordered one cream by mistake because the cream is use for oily skin and i have dry skin.. so I clearly mentioned that i want to replace one items but the chat support is saying please refuse to take package and will return to your amount… i do the same now its been 10 days I didn’t get any update your end.. i feel my amount is stuck… you said we can talk over the Whatsapp but there is no number using over the whatsapp…. I want to attached the tracking details also

Serum and toner
I have tried this for a month now and at first I didn’t notice any changes but later I could see difference on my skin and realised that’s because I was using serum (double shot) and toner.

I have been very picky when it comes to selecting a product for my skin type due to the skin conditions I had (allergies to be precise) I am glad that chose Hyphen to be my first skin care brand. I had never used a serum or any products that had active ingredients and my skincare routine was very minimal + wasn’t that consistent as well. But since the day I got my hands on Hyphen I have been consistent to my surprise. I had purchased their combo pack that included moisturizer, cleanser, serum and sunscreen. And I really love the results! so I decided to explore their new category. I am counting on for the products to turn out well! Honestly, I shall say their products are up to the mark, and you definitely do see results in max four weeks. Your skin looks healthy, little plum when you apply and vibrant with the regular use of their serum, especially the basic one. And of course their sunscreen is top notch, anyone looking for a product that would actually show results. They should definitely go for Hyphen!

One of the best skincare brands in India!
I really enjoy using skincare from Hyphen. The most commendable thing about the brand is their ability to receive feedback and work on them. They are constantly reformulating their products and the products do deliver! Also, their branding is top notch. It makes you feel that you are using premium products and not using something that’s bland and boring. Hope they introduce skincare infused makeup like skin tints, balmy blushes and tinted lip butter which gives “your skin but better!” results just like rhode did! Way to go team Hyphen!

There is no option for order cancellation
Your application and your website is too much week or i can the worst because there is no cancellation button and no option for change the delivery address and your customer service team is useless they guys don’t even care about what i have asked them neither they answered me nor cancelled my order!!!! Useless and worst customer service and application both!!!

I have been using Hyphen skincare products for almost six months now. Their products are very good and have shown great results. The lip moisturiser is especially amazing!!It works like magic. It provides deep moisturisation and keeps the lips soft for a long time. The other products are good as well, and I’ve had a positive experience with them.

Took sensitive data
I logged in through website just by entering phone number and otp. I placed order for serum and moisturising cream, payed through Paytm amount got deducted, it didn’t get success status even after waiting and placed delivery on cod. I was surprised how they are going to deliver as I have not entered the address. Somehow website too the right address. How can it take just by phone number? And I wonder what else was taken out

Worst customer service - order on your risk
Extremely disappointing customer support. Wrong delivery partner and tracking details were shared every time, and they keep blaming the courier partner. The shared tracking link always shows an incorrect AWB number. AI bot and readymade fancy lines simply keeps delaying without resolving the issue. Chat support and WhatsApp support are equally unhelpful, and there is no proper way to het assistance. Order at your own risk.

Unhappy with the service
My package was delivered to wrong address. I like the products but very unhappy with the service. I tried calling, even tried to sent email but both are not in service.
