The app is reliable but tends to buffer without connecting from time to time.. in my case almost monthly . As a frequent traveller this is troubling
Antiquated and lazy
This app has an OLD and tired out of date feel. With what users are expecting with today’s technology, and how easy it is to develop much more capable apps than this, it just seems as if the developers are lazy and don’t care about keeping up with the times.

I love the ability to be able to arm and disarm my home security from wherever I am, no matter how far away!

I love the app and its user friendliness. Been reliable for some time now well done. Since last update though, I am receiving duplicate notifications when I arm/disarm/bypass. Meaning, for each trigger I cause, Im getting 2 notifications…

I like the new UI, but:
Cannot arm/disarm - error message “VALUE is invalid”, so app is unusable

It takes ages for the app to reflect the actual status of the alarm. Bypassing a zone takes at least 15 seconds per zone. If there was a way to directly communicate with the hyyp module, it would be a win.
