Macy’s fraud
I had made an online transaction with Macy’s. So I thought. Everything on the site said Macy’s, I even received a confirmation email from a Macy’s letterhead on my order. As soon as I hit purchase I was notified immediately from bank control of a fraudulent transaction. After calling Macy’s they informed me that all the information I had was in fact fraudulent. I was very grateful for this service the bank has and stopped what could have been a disaster.

Won’t let me login
I haven’t been able to login to this app whatsoever. So I find it pointless.
Issues
I stopped using the app years ago because the only control I really had was to turn my card on and off.
The app is useless aside from that!!!!
I have a card on there that is no longer active and I can’t even delete it. I wanted the app to alert me if I passed a certain limit that is in my bank but it only controls your spending.
What’s the point of this app? Other than to take up space. If it was only going to be used to turn your card on and off, you should of just made a button on the banking app.

Needs improvement
I don’t understand why there needs to be a separate app from the main IBC app to have control over the debit card .. these controls should be integrated into the main app. What makes even less sense is that you can’t even log in with the same login info. You have to create a whole separate username and password for this app, which is inconvenient. One more thing, in the previous version of the app, you were able to add a new debit card or delete a cancelled card - we can’t do that on this new version. That needs to be fixed. A

Seemingly strange integration for card control
The functionality of this app is entirely separate from the IBC banking app. Rather it is connected only to the electronic transactions made with the IBC debit card, and does not share a transaction history with the banking app, so only transactions made after activation will be visible with this app.
The app provides 3 functions.
1. “on/off” button for disabling a debit card from being used
2. Transaction alerts through this app’s notification capability. Purchase categories can be selected to receive notifications for transactions within that category, or notifications can be received for all transactions. (through this app specifically, and are separate and in addition to the communication preferences already existing in the IBC banking app)
3. Viewing transactions made with a specific debit card beginning from the time the app is connected to your debit card. No transactions before that time will appear, and no other type of transactions associated with your account will appear except those associated with the use of the debit card. It appears that this app does not synchronize any debit transaction history from your bank account.

Started off great
The app worked fine at first but as of this morning there’s no connection. I’ve already removed app and reinstalled and same issue persists.
Horrible
Randomly logs you out of the app, constant server crashes, my card was hacked and the app literally would not let me log in to at least prevent one of the transactions. Horrible app, better off keeping track of your purchases through the regular mobile app.

Great but..
It’s a handy app WHEN it’s able to actually open, it hardly ever opens and keeps saying there’s a server error. I needed it urgently and could never get it to open
Extremely frustrating
This app logged me out on its own and won’t let me log back in. I had a limit set on my card and now I can’t unset it because I can’t long it. I will never use this app once I’m able to log back in. I’m extremely ticked off about this and considering leaving this bank now.
Bummed
Loved this app up until it randomly logs you out and when I try to log back in it won’t let me honestly even though u want to be safe and lock your card don’t download this app!
Useless
I don't even know why they have a card controls app separate from the main banking app to begin with it just seems redundant to me. I can't use this app at all. It won't let me log in at all despite me being able to log into the main app with no problems with the same info.
Could’ve been good
The app randomly decided not to accept my password and absolutely refused to accept anything new I’d come up with for it. It’s a good idea on paper and worked well while it worked, but it’s held back by its abhorrent flaws

At first this app was great but recently I haven’t had not one alert when purchases are made. NOT ONE!
Horrible
With the recent updates doesn’t allow to establish connection outside US. My card is off and cannot access to turn it on. I cannot use it.
