Clunky and unintuitive bank. Applied for a unionpay card, received the card but can’t add it to the app, because it is already activated (????). And then verification keeps failing when buying things online. Bankrupt better.

Suddenly say the apps has been cancelled , cannot use the apps anymore. I deleted and redownload also cannot use . Dono what is going on, very disappointed !!!

Closing off by itself. Not sure if it’s safe. Uninstalled and reinstalled again. Asking for consent to even collect and saving biometrics and other personal informations. I am unsure of your security features and wonder if your app is being hacked.
