If your in the market for a credit union i definitely recommend them I have been with them since they were a small bank and I have enjoyed watching them grow and keeping the Idaho in person feel witch if amazing 🫶🏽

Verifying phone
Would be better if I didn’t have to verify my phone every time I logged in. I have an account setup with login credentials but still need to verify my phone every time.

Been with them for years
So grateful for Iccu! They’ve been good with us for the 20 years we’ve been with them , even when there has been a few hiccups along the way but they’ve always been on top of things to help us out. We are loyal to them even when there have been a the few hiccups. Other places nickle and dime ya. But have never felt that way with Iccu.

Pending Fiasco
Don’t put things in “Pending” unless you add or subtract them from the total. Doing it piecemeal like you are is annoying.
Really slow
This app is very slow and I get an error almost every time I try to log in. They keep making changes yet it still continues to be slow.
A bad day
My wife had been caught in a fraud scam and the really nice people on the ICCU helped her…and didn’t make her feel stupid.
