App never works
It seems like this app can’t seem to work. And they don’t even know how to troubleshoot on their own I’m going on day 10 without access to my bank account! Yay for us!
Doesn’t work
Looks like the app was updated at some point over the weekend and now doesn’t work. Never ever had an issue until now. I have to make time to go out of the way to a physical branch or make a call to figure out anything going on rather annoying and frustrating

Trying to open the app pops up a black screen detailing failure of the app opening with no access.

Hello! This app has been great until this morning. It is now unable to load normally and all I see is a black screen that says “Load failed….” Please create a new update ASAP.

This is the best banking I have ever encountered. My only regret is waiting so long to make the switch.
Often glitching/crashing
Seems when I get on to check our bank accounts with ICCU Mobile Banking, I get “our system is experiencing difficulties that are preventing you from logging on…” OFTEN. It’s frustrating, especially when it’s your money you’re trying to access. Other than that, the app seems to be reasonably easy to navigate.
