This app breaks with each update
With the recent update to 1.0.88 version on iPhone.. the app is broken again. It FaceID authenticates fine but again wants to send a OTP.. but after OTP is submitted it just sits there doing nothing.. forever. This app is now not usable and how does one expect to work with it? It seems quality control is dismal and app updates are release to the field without proper testing.. Just horrible.. Wake up ICICI bank / money2India division

App do not work
App opens but you just see a globe and it just shows it’s trying to connect. Never works. I see a lot of people experience same and developers are not solving issue. Its been like this for year.

I cannot get my us bank verified through the verification process. It says 'contact us' and there is no back button or a way to verify my local bank or add it successfully
Substandard Quality UI
The user interface of this app is pathetic, hangs at the time of login without any error messages, does not send OTPs to the registered mobile which is mandatory to submit a transfer request. I cannot complete to raise a transfer transaction due to this. I am very surprised that ICICI cannot invest quality experts to build a robust app for all important foreign money transfers !!

Outdated non working app
Wish someone try to fix this app. This is a total joke to have this app. It never works. In last six months, i made numerous attempts to send money, it never work. As soon as you put your login it will log you out. Nothing but waste of time.

Such a big bank can’t come up with an app that actually lets you log in and do what’s it’s suppose to . Send money . It only took me 1 hour to try to log in and they promise to send the money in few hours . But it does not say it will take 5 days for you to log in . Shame !!

Can someone write a worst app than this?
THE worst app I have ever used. Their website and app probably compete for which can be worse. No support for password apps, no Face ID, takes forever to load, most times will never load. Clicking back on website it here just closes session. It’s unnerving people like this run banks and we use them. God bless us all.

Horrible app
20th April - the ICICI team gave a standard response that app is updated and restart your device, it doesn’t work. Try actually fixing the issue, there was nothing done, look at all the customer reviews, they are all bad.
19th April-The apps from ICICI are all equally horrible, worst. Upon logging in successfully If you click on something it will log you out, saying logged due to inactivity. Whoever designed programmed this app is a mediocre.

Unable to login after multiple attempts
Very frustrating. Am unable to login to the app for the past 2 weeks that I have been trying to login. It just keeps clocking

This app is worst app on the App Store. You can see that from its overall rating. The team has not done anything to fix it over a long period of time. They should either get rid of the app or hire a new team to build the app ground up.

This app urgently needs a complete redesign. Why do you call it an app if it’s not user-friendly? I’ve encountered unsecured Wi-Fi at home and haven’t received any internet connection alerts. The only reason I’m using this app is because I had an ICICI bank account.

Horrible experience
It just sits there without allowing to enter userid and password. When will you enable face identification for login?
Terrible app
It’s not working most of time!! But getting calls to send money? With out login how can we send money?
Outdated and frustrating
Constant manual logins ( no remember ) and no FaceID support make this app a chore to use and app is not able to save passwords to password manager like chrome and apple password. The OTP popup UI is broken and blocks the input field. A big bank like ICICI should have a much more seamless mobile experience. Very disappointing.
