Stopped Working
App worked fine for months, now won’t open. No value if it doesn’t work.
Notices welcome but….
I received a notice on credit “. capital one closed account “…. I don’t have a Capital One account…. ID Watchdog doesn’t tell what to do…. I still like alerts!
Can’t Clear Alerts
Why can’t the alerts be cleared? I tried swiping them away and that doesn’t work. There is no way to select and delete them like email. It shouldn’t be this difficult!
Great Protection
Alerted and stopped hard inquiries when cards were tried to open in my credit.

Can’t view alerts
What’s the point of receiving alerts if I can’t view the content of the alert? It’s absolutely useless
Slow and difficult to use
UI is fine but poorly designed. I am a paid user , regret buying the service. Very frustrating to setup family members.

I can log in via desktop but not in this app.

Not working
The app hasn’t worked since Saturday and I know the service is up because website works. I have downloaded and reinstalled app and I have changed my password and nothing works. Please fix the app it is much easier than having to login to website every time. Update thanks for fixing the app is now working.

Can’t login with internet error
Recently whenever I try to login I receive an error reading “No Internet Connection” Is there an issue with the mobile system?
Don’t bother
It’s somewhat useless. Tells you you have a problem with very little details for you to figure out.
Trash App
2 Factor has to come through the app and it just doesn’t come through, just let a real 2FA app do that for y’all.
App is terrible with login then you’ll have to call in to fix it. They’ll set a password for you, then the link won’t come to you. When the link finally comes the account will lock you out. Then, you’ll be right back to calling in for an ENDLESS CYCLE.

Very unuseful UX
Unable to see benefit confirmation as premium member, when a equifax credit lock shows error unable to resolve, alerts for usual and customary things makes your attention inundated, phone support takes too long, confidence shaking for the eventual support you may need in the event of id theft
