The staff interaction was just incredible, each any every member of the team were helpful and more importantly they looked as though they enjoyed their role, the hotel is extremely clean and well organised.

Very useful and easy to use
I have used Expedia to book travel for many trips, this includes flights and hotels. Recently i used it to research things to do while on vacation in Europe and I was very happy with the options and ease of booking. Sometimes I find hotels on the app that don’t show up in other searches.

Wonderful breakfast with a huge variety!I had a lovely stay and the breakfast was a true highlight. There was a bit of everything, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommend!
Unable to cancel flight
Accidentally booked a flight through Expedia on Breeze Airways, immediately recognized the time was PM and not AM, attempted to cancel the flight within 5 minutes of booking only to be informed that Expedia couldn’t do anything, contact Breeze Airways, and they do not refund.Horrible service!

Lost itenarary
I booked a flight for September 10-15 and now they aren’t even showing it and it’s completely paid for.
Now my flight to Orlando got changed to September 11th and I had to completely cancel my reservation and Expedia won’t do anything about this even after being a loyal customer for many years and won’t refund me my flight $ do to the airline error

Lies
I have booked flights where the seating has misled me. I have chosen aisle seats majority of times and it would be fine until I get to the flight and they place me by the window without telling me beforehand. So I call customer support and they are the WORST help. They don’t give any reimbursement after spending so much on a ticket and they’re out here misleading the public. I am never booking with them again. Better to book the actual flight on the actual flights app to be guaranteed help

Decent and close to beach
The customer service was amazing and it was definitely a busy spot. The location to the boardwalk and beach is perfect and just far away down enough to not be completely in the crowd. The facilities had everything needed aside from the cleanliness having a bit more opportunity in common areas. I would stay here again for a lower price.

The hotel was a good stay. My only issue was the toliet was running after flushing it. My family enjoyed being able to watch movies while in the pool areas. As well as the fire out and other activities . I would stay again the hotel was near everything we wanted to do.
The owner is the best!
I was traveling to see my husband who was at Santa Clara Valley hospital due to a motorcycle accident. The owner was so gracious and kind! I will definitely stay there again!
