Worst app ever
The app says I have an account when I went to create one so I tried logging in nothing I tried resetting my password just says oops there was an error. Absolutely terrible I could build a way better app

Machine won’t connect
Machine won’t connect. Never had any issues with old app. Waste of time trying. Was told to buy a later model machine, total money grab.
App won’t work
Unfortunately my app won’t work. Every time I open it, it says “oops, something happened. Try again.” Tried like 10 more times. Super frustrating because this was a birthday gift to me and I’d like to actually be able to use it.
Machine connection
Very bad app. I followed all instructions but despite several tries, the app just would not connect to my machine. Useless! I realized that the app does not connect because I have an older Vertuo machine. The app/Nespresso recommends upgrading my machine, which means they are trying to force me to buy a new one. Shameful sales tactic!

Epic fail
My Barista frother worked fine with the previous app. Now it does not connect and I can’t change the recipes. The frother works fine but is no longer an iPhone connectable appliance. The epitome of the old saying “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”
