For a company that has such good customer service I don’t understand why this app is so glitchy and unusable.

New Nespresso website
It is full of bugs, and it looks like it has been redesigned by some students for an high school project. Been a Nespresso customer for 30 years and doing tech and web design for as many years.
High quality and convenience
My first Nespresso experience was at a cafe in Paris France. When it became available for home delivery I was super excited. Enjoying the quality of homemade espressos for years now!
