Changes to subscriptions
I used to be able to have a reoccurring order that used the credit from my machine subscription, I was advised today that this is no longer possible and the only way to use my credit is to order manually. This is incredibly inconvenient and makes me less likely to purchase a new machine. Very disappointing from Nespresso

This is the perfect app. Free products, easy and seamless.
It’s nice to go out to the coffee shop but…
…grabbing a tasty cup of coffee at home, and and a sneaky second one mid morning is better! I have a couple of great coffee shops locally, but can’t beat sitting in the comfort of my own home - lounge or garden. And there’s nothing like the Nespresso experience. Personally I load the pod, while my machine is heating I place the cup, fill the water, and press the button twice. A minute later I’m taking a cereal bar (optional) and relaxing.
Second cup? Why not!

Complicated
It’s ok when you have finished the process but I find generally the whole customer service and online user experience to be way more complicated than needed, overly pretentious and not enjoyable at all.
Sophistication is found in simplicity not complexity.

今回のアップデート以降、注文時の支払方法がデフォルトで代引きになる仕様に変更されていると思います。
これまでクレジットカードで毎回支払っており、アプリにもクレジットカード情報が記録されているにもかかわらず、代引きが選択されていたので気づかずに注文してしまいました。

馴染みのコーヒー屋さんで好みのブレンドの豆を浅煎りで買ってくるのですが、近頃、歳のせいかのんびりゆっくりドリップするのがちょっと面倒になっています。ネスプレッソは新鮮なのでこの簡単さに負けてしまっています。

I absolutely LOVE my Nespresso! ☕️ The coffee is robust, flavorful, smooth, and perfectly frothy every single time. It honestly tastes like a coffee-shop drink right at home.
I used to spend way too much money stopping at Starbucks or Dunkin’, and now I barely have the desire to go. I can make an amazing cup of coffee in minutes without leaving the house—and for a fraction of what I was spending.

Expensive but great
I don’t love the new app, but I love this coffee so much. I can’t go back to swill which is Maxwell house drip coffee after experiencing what real coffee should taste like.
Dishonest
Watch the shipping cost when you check out. They defaulted me for paid shipping, when free standard shipping is an option. That’s dishonest.

No coffee or order but money has gone
App is fine to look at but we’ve now had several incidents of money leaving without a coffee order being created. Then it takes 14 days to receive money back and a new order has to be paid for.

The app’s rubbish – you can’t take it to a pick-up point, and you can’t message the delivery service. The whole thing’s rubbish; I’m thinking of switching to a different coffee machine because the app’s rubbish – I can’t buy coffee, the boutiques are closing everywhere, and you can’t order easily. The whole thing’s rubbish.

An Amazing Option!!!
We have had a Nespresso machine for decades…it is my ‘go to’ for a fast cup ( almost daily) and for travel (we never leave home without it)!!! We are always looking for authentic Nespresso pods, we will not use anything else!!! We just replaced our old machine with a new one, after many years of excellent service, and it wasn’t even broken!!! Thank you!!!

Autoship won’t edit
I’ve edited my autoship 3x to ship sooner. At first it updates the date then I come back days later wondering why I haven’t gotten any emails about shipping just to see that it’s back at the old date. After I edited the date, I’d close the app and reopen to check the date, it updated, yet days later it’s back at the old date. Will probably just cancel the autoship completely and just order. Frustrating.
