New App
The new app is prettier but not as clearly organized. It was very difficult for me to tell which coffees were actually flavored as opposed to those that are not. I also had difficulty finding the coffees I most frequently order. This app will take some time to get used to.
New website glitch
Hope you can make things easier to order for original and vertuo in same shipment. I order for myself and a 94 year old. Please make this more accessible. Otherwise, easy site and all

As an Italian, Nespresso is much more preferable to me than the traditional “cafeteria”. Can’t go back.
Something didn’t work
My original Nespresso app stopped working so I downloaded this new app and now I can’t order coffee because when I open the app it says “something didn’t work”

Just shows an error as soon as I open the app. Even the error message is useless.
