I cannot even use my account to log in to this app. “Something didn’t work!” So, I try forgot password. “Something didn’t work.” It won’t even send me a forgot password. Never a problem with the old app. I needed capsules for my machine 😢

The new app is more user friendly but still lacks a recycle bag option.
App not always working
So seems a little bate and switch…was sent an email to get 3 free sleeves upon entering a code but at checkout there was no place to enter it! Hmm…as a long time customer doesn’t give a good impression!
Absolute rubbish App
This app does not reflect the web site. Offers are not shown nor clear. In shop it gives you a selection when you go to the selection states “1 carton of each of the below coffees” but doesn’t show the below coffees.
Tells me i am Ambassador but need to buy another 980 capsule to keep but this is wrong as i
have permanent Ambassador as they gave me this as i have been with them for over 20 years.
The web has Machines on offer with 50 free capsules plus free travel mug

Just ok.
I was hoping the app would be more convenient than using the website, but it’s not. We have a Vertuo machine and we only buy 7oz pods. The website clearly labels AirPods with their size in ounces. The app does not. You are expected to know the size of the pod by its name or a photo. Also, in the app, some coffees list their intensity, while others don’t. Finally, I am unable to delete previous addresses in the app. It tells me I can delete them after I place a new order from a new address, but we’ve already ordered from our new address. Our old address remains undeletable .

Good app, sketchy offers
The coffee’s great and free standard shipping delivers it quickly. The new app offers Poor customer service for loyal customers who use the new app to buy directly from Nespresso. The offer of “3” free sleeves is not: you pick 1 free sleeve or another for 2 free sleeves, flavors Nespresso chooses, and you have to remember the promo codes. The app does not auto-populate them. Also, the new app defaults to a shipping charge, free shipping is available but hidden. You’ll pay an additional $6.95 if you’re not careful.

Buggy app
Terrible app. I keep getting an error when I try to add coffee pods to my cart. Can’t check out either. Really does seem like Nespresso is relying on interns to make updates to this app. Lost a $100+ sale just because of the app. Shame.

Organic coffee
Love the selection of coffee here but definitely should have organic coffee and low acidity coffee. Also, should get some type of credit for recycling pods.
Can’t Autorefresh
Tried to add a credit card to autorefresh but it wouldn’t take it. Put in an order as in the past and was offered my PayPal and it went thru. Would love to autorefresh…
