Can’t get into my account
The new app will not call up my account. If I ask for a password reset, it says there’s no account. If I try to start a new account, it tells me there’s already an account.

Love The Coffee Not the App
The app is not user friendly. For example, I wanted to order a couple items from a previous order. I could only re-order the entire previous order. That is frustrating.
Why?
I’m not sure why I needed to download a new app when the old one was fine and the new one is worse. The products displayed initially were for the wrong machine type even though Vertuo was selected, there is way too much scrolling required to find my items, and it defaulted paid shipping even though I qualified for free.

I’m sure you guys tried to keep up with competitive pricing, but I originally bought like most people to try to save money from buying coffee, phone, coffee, establishment chains. Please consider lowering costs to keep customers
Coffee Bar is a hit
I created a coffee bar in my office for the agents at my real estate brokerage and now every time I walk into my office it smells delicious and it’s a big hit. I already had a Nespresso at home so I got one for the office because regular coffee just doesn’t taste the same

Terrible layout
Terrible layout compared to the previous one. Previous was lightweight, easy to view multiple coffee options in a list form. This one here is bloated, slow, and layout is shocking. Downgrade, not an upgrade.
App doesn’t work
Made a new app just so it wouldn’t work? It doesn’t let me log in because it says error please come back later. it’s been a whole 24 hours and it still says that i’ve tried everything. Terrible app. Just put the pods in stores already.
