stopped working a week after I downloaded
And I’m not even sure what this app is supposed to really do. I do appreciate that I could program one type of capsule to be different than its default is. but I might not want every double espresso to be a triple.
and I finally just got open on my phone and it’s lost a connection with my machine and says start a new device. Literally one week old.

REVERT BACK TO PREVIOUS SETTINGS PLEASE
Since update to TWO different apps, I can no longer pair my creatista to the app. Prior to that everything was fine. It did make descaling a bit harder (ie triggering it/knowing when it’s gonna be done) and the convenience and slickness from the previous app are gone. Kept saying my password to wifi is wrong (reason for inability to pair machine) -____- I have had the machine for almost 2 years, NO ISSUES. This is making me want to upgrade completely to a different brand.

Vertuo Next won’t connect to WiFi.
Like all the other reviews mentioned I’ve tried everything all the troubleshooting steps and the machine just will not connect.
Disconnects from machine frequently
Only had this connected for under a week but it has already disconnected and since machine is already paired I cannot reconnect it 🤦🏻♀️

Worst app on my phone, it’s inconsistent and janky and a complete joke. DO BETTER.
Just really bad
As you can see from most reviews, horrible broken process of pairing with the machine, have two of these in two homes, they are descent but app is just bad. To make the things worse, after pairing eventually successfully, devs update the app which not only breaks your login, but loses the pairing. You have to reset the machine to pair again because it says it is already paired, but it doesn’t work, 5 min of trying and just fails. Over and over. Horrible job devs!

New app doesn’t connect
Why bother rolling out a new app that doesn’t work? should’ve just left the old app going . I have no way of programming my cup volume now or to get notified when I I need descaling . I see this has been an ongoing issue for at least six months in the reviews and nothing‘s been done to fix it .

The app is not working!
I can't even get it to open. Keep getting a error message. Deleted and reinstalled the several times but it won't work.

What an awful app. Will not connect to my $500 machine. After spending so much time trying to connect, calling the worthless customer service… it’s not worth it. DO NOT enter this ecosystem, go with a different brand and thank me later.

L’application reste figée en “mise à jour de la machine” impossible de supprimer ou relancer la mise à jour de la machine, même en supprimant l’application et déconnectant le compte… inutilisable
