IDBI FASTag has been an absolute disappointment.
The app is slow, buggy, and crashes when you need it the most. Recharges don’t reflect on time, transaction updates are delayed, and the interface feels outdated and frustrating to use.
The FASTag service itself is no better — toll payments often fail or take too long to process, causing unnecessary delays and embarrassment at toll plazas. Customer support is practically useless, with no proper resolution or accountability.
Overall, one of the worst FASTag services I’ve used. Would not recommend to anyone.

Login problem
Unable to login and this is all time problem.
last time I had reached that time it took almost 1-2 hr to load money in wallet, because if that I had to pay fine at the toll-plaza and customer care was answering me because of holiday it’s taking time n all giving me non relevant answer’s.

Not able to sign up
Horrible, see lot of other people are raising the same issue, I downloaded and trying to sing up for last 2-3 days and it just says, technical issues, please try again after sometime
Poor Service
I had a very disappointing experience using the IDBI FASTag app. The app is poorly designed, slow, and not user-friendly. On top of that, the customer service was extremely unhelpful. I visited the branch for a KYC-related query, but the staff was unaware of the process and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Overall, the service quality is very poor, and I would not recommend IDBI FASTag to others.

I dont have any issues purchasing fast tag from idbi but the app is worst, everytime I open the app, it forces me to change the password, i mean in what world this much security is required just to check the balance and recharge the tag, doesn’t even give proper history of toll deducted. This app is the perfect example of how to ruin someone’s mental health by just opening it

Scammers
They deducted 100 rupees from my fastag even though I had not crossed any toll. I raised a complaint regarding the same and I was assured it will be resolved in 20 days. Its been 3 months and I have contacted multiple times, still no resolution. Every time they give update that it will be done in another 1 month. I use Fastag regularly, not sure how many times they would have done this thing. Can’t keep a track of all transactions.

It has been more than 04-days since purchasing it, I’m not able to get it’s registration done thru app. It’s always says ‘connection failed to server.’ For one time, this statement might hold true but for continuous 04-days ???
Actually, something grave is wrong with IDBI Fastag. Now I understand, I have put wrong foot forward in purchasing it, though a lot of other good serving options were available in the market. For every new entrants, I suggest to not to go for IDBI Fastag purchase pls. Worst starting experience.
Preferably ‘0’ star or -ve rating, if it would have been possible. 👎🏻

Pathetic application
Login never works. Even if you luckily logged in, it starts showing session expired.! And log you out off the app. Adding payment to your fasttag wallet also never works in this app. We have to use paytm like apps to recharge. Useless application, worst service. Its better not to use IDBI fast tag. Total waste of time.

Wallet reload not working. It’s giving some json mapping issue - invalid field name.
What’s this, you guys are just interested in selling fast tag. And no care about app issues. First time i tried to reload from your app and it’s giving issue. Please fix and upload new build immediately.
User ID login issue

The app is so pathetic. My car dealer gave the FasTag when I bought the car and now I am stuck with it.

Its been 2 days and I am not able to login app. It always says connection failed to server.
How users are supposed to check their FastTag balance. This is basic need and IDBI miserably failed to provide it. I recommend for new users do not go for IDBI. In market plenty of options are available. I am planning to switch to other options.

Poor quality
The userid field on password change page is inactive. As soon as I try to login the app takes me to the password change screen, where I can not enter userid no matter how much I try. Therefore not able to use the app itself. This is high priority, must fix bug as user is not even able to login.
Very Bad - Bugs, Performance Issues
Every time I try to reload money in the wallet, I need to spend at least 30 mins. It’s surprising when A bank with so much IT infra couldn’t get an APP working properly.
Other Banks and telecommunication applications work seamlessly when this app is getting bad day by day.

App not working for Card payment mode

Whenever I choose to Credit Card as mode of payment , screen for card details open , however , typing cursor do not goes to MM/YY & Mobile No field . Whatever you do , touch , tap - it doesn’t goes to above fields. Kindly fix the error ASAP

App does not work smoothly.. many glitches and issues
Password reset screen does not populate mandatory Id automatically nor allow to enter details. Hence change password screen doesn't allow to reset password.
