Best way to do banking ever
Zelle is awful
Overall, this is a good app. My only problems are with the Zelle interface. It’s very barebones and leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t flow well with the rest of the app. Also, you do not have the ability to scan other user’s Zelle QR codes. This means I have to get people’s email or phone number instead of simply scanning. I understand this probably isn’t a huge priority but as a college student, Zelle is the best way for me to pay friends back for food, gas, etc.

I am very pleased with getting the results I needed to access my online account. My phone needed to be replaced and I could not login. I called the bank spoke with Dania, she guided me through the process to get the information I needed for online banking. Thank you. Robert R.
Hard to use
The moved bill pay into a sub-menu a pain, I cannot scroll through the options for the destination account on my iPad when transferring, have to use my phone. And I am sick of the banner add that takes up half the screen. Please have user testing.
Customer satisfaction, highest level
I called, and the bank service person was very professional and asked if I needed any other help. I said I was happy with the bank and she wished me a great day. That is super to hear someone listening and hearing your needs to help you. Much appreciated.
So upset
First of all who has to make an appt to talk to someone, I thought your bankers were always there for you. If you work it makes it truly hard to get in for they did not take appts after 4pm. My cash card never worked at gas stations or grocery stores but no problems anywhere else. Truly embarrassing!!! I deposited a large check and even though it was taken out of the other bank I still did not have access to my money after 5 working days! I am done 😡

Mobile Banking is easy
As someone who works all the time and has trouble getting to a location to deposit checks the mobile banking is an easy to use tool. I can just click and deposit a check right into the account I want. Simple and easy to use, I get a confirmation email, letting me know, and you can talk to someone virtually, if you have any questions. I recommend it to family members who have ideal.

I like IDCU. The things I dislike is I’m far from a branch now that I retired. Also there is a daily limit for purchases. Some days I do all my shopping and other things pop up and it’s disappointing.
