Scammers
They design it so that you can never unbind your card from the payment system. Do not use this app unless you want to be charged $30 every month. There is no way to unbind your card. They do not respond to emails or phone calls—it’s an endless wait.
Do not get it
After canceling my subscription in December, I just realized that I was still being charged for it in May. Call them for an explanation and they don’t know why. When I asked for a refund, they said don’t give refunds back. Freaking ridiculous.
Scam and really awful cancellation process
Me and my spouse were scammed while apartment hunting, this identity iq thing is part of what they had us sign up for. I canceled my membership immediately after getting what I needed for that person and it was a whole process— finding no way to cancel through app or online portal, sending emails to cancel and then getting weird spam calls from them to FINALLY cancel it. And that’s not even mentioning the multiple levels of marketing they try to push on you while CANCELING THE SUBSCRIPTION, incompetent customer service as they had to stop and ask someone else to figure out what to do— my partner had a hell of a time canceling his, y’all charged him for four months of absolutely no service or anything. You say you provide personal security but you didn’t even clock the scam his information was exposed to— it was the social security administration that reached out and told us his information was exposed and being used. Absolutely awful app and business, honestly I think it was IdentityIQ that leaked and sold his information.

I just signed up. Went to add my utilities but it’s just spinning the app and website both do not populate a keyboard to search for the financial institution. If I am paying for something all interfaces should be working completely! If it isn’t resolved I will be calling to cancel.
