Worst security mobile application I’ve ever had to use. I work for a managed service provider and our client is requesting we use this for remote access. They emailed us a QR code but the app forces you to verify a mobile number first which continues to fail. SMS confirmation codes take 40 minutes to receive. Call confirmation codes never actually call you. When I finally do get an SMS code I receive a generic error that I’m unauthorized. No point in sending QR codes that do nothing to setup the app. Absolute waste and would never recommend this product. BeyondTrust RA or literally anything has to be better than this

Camera doesn’t work

Awful app, awful support
I work for an MSP and some of our clients use this solution. One of our clients cancelled contract with cyberark and now my mobile phone number is being held hostage. When calling support all they do is tell me to have the client remove us but they can’t cause they are no longer using this product.. so now I can’t log into this app cause my number is “already in use”, so now I can’t add my account to another client, call support and all they do is shrug and tell me I’m out of luck. It’s crazy to me that I can’t call into support and request my personal info deleted so I can reuse it for a different client.

Post update no longer launches
After the update not able to open. It closes immediately
Not very good.
Gets the job done, but as a developer wow, this application is just poor. Like 0 effort into quality of life features or basic necessities.

Number is recorded wrong
I am entering my number but it’s combining the country code with my area code into the parenthesis. As a result, when trying to sign up for vendor access they get an error “This email does not match the phone number in remote access”
