IHG
Great hotels! Easy to use app. Great service!
No reward nights
Never seem to have reward nights at the most convenient hotels. Then when you get there the free upgrade is never available, but if you call the hotel and ask if the upgrade is available it is!?
Loving the IHG Hotel options
We love having the options that IHG points and hotels are offering with our IHG rewards credit card, just booked some beautiful hotels in the French Riviera for a Fall getaway.
skeptical
i've had a good relationship for years. all of a sudden I'm seeing the amount of points needed go up plus the rates. And these are at places that aren't even busy for a Monday night. Spending an extra 5000 points should get more than just a measly $25 discount. I texted them through the app about it the other day. My next move is going be to call them directly.
