Rude Booking Agent
Booking agent is incompetent, be aware of not disclose cancellation fees before you give any card information. Previously spoke with an agent who was very rude and unprofessional with clear anger issues, slamming the phone. Agent booked me on two incorrect places, then cancelled, which I don’t understand as I was o my trying to add one more night to my existing reservation (where I got charge for the agents mistake) still waiting for my refund. Agent never mentioned anything about cancellation fees, I had to find out after charges went through my bank account. After trying to resolve this matter, no one was able to help me with the agent’s name for this review.

Already tried to reset my password 7 times. Contacted the customer service and they sent me the same link I was resetting my password. I might not be able to secure the rate I am seeing right now because their system is terrible
IHG holiday inn FLL airport
We were 3 couples who spent last night August 24, at the holiday inn FLL airport. I cannot say how disappointed we were. First of all it’s not close to the airport and we couldn’t use the shuttle since our flight was early and we had to leave at 5:30 am and shuttle starts at 6 no accommodation could be made for us. 2. Our rooms had free breakfast included but that didn’t start until 7am. No grab and go, no coffee in the lobby. Not very hospitable.
3. Hotel smelled like mildew on the third floor. Again not acceptable but too late to change
4. The floor/carpet on the room was wet and cold.
5. More towels should e left in the rooms and washcloths should also be placed in shower rooms.
All in all our stay were not comfortable and I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone else who is looking for an overnight in FLL. Restaurant choices were poor and low class. Music in lobby was too loud. Softer music is a better choice
My advice find something else.

Just Booked About 60th Night at HI Express Vermilion OH
This hotel is located at almost the precise half way mark of a toad trip which I need to make frequently. I know it well and am very confident that I'll have another very enjoyable stay.
