Worst banking app
I never used such a banking application with such a slow speed. Worst experience.
Every update is making this app more unusable
After every update all basic functionality is not wokring on the app. Other banking apps of nationalised bank are more stable than this at doing basic things like money transfer and UPI payments. I have been trying to make a payment from a qr code for past half an hour but dare it budge or let me do it. Pathetic app and update and maintenance.

Huge Performance Issue
App has huge performance issue , I have 300GIG plan but the app is always failed to load the send money features.
Crashes often
One of the worst apps i have used so far. Their technology is so far behind
Version 30.4 also crashes non-stop (all 30.x versions have been crashing)
The app has been crashing at almost every tap, every option and every screen for the last several weeks. Even version 30.4 crashes non-stop. Can’t get anything done on the app. I don’t know why the developers aren’t doing any testing on the crashes or using crash reports to fix the issues. This app might as well be removed from the App Store.

Need to reactivate IMobile app after changing Mobile number which is useless .

Upi is flaky
Upi sometimes doesn’t work n failed transactions don’t get credited back
Simplify menus
Please work with good user experience designers to simplify your very busy menu structure. While there are a lot of options available carefully use of contextual groupings etc can be used to make it less challenging to navigate
App Performance is too slow
I’ve been using the iMobile app, but the overall experience has been quite disappointing. The app is extremely slow and frequently hangs, especially during critical actions like money transfers. It often gets stuck on a loading spinner, which makes the process frustrating and unreliable.
The performance needs significant improvement, as it feels like the backend responses are very slow. Additionally, the user experience and interface design could be more intuitive and responsive. Overall, the app does not meet expectations for a banking platform and requires major enhancements in both performance and UX.
I would like to see better performance app soon.

Horrible app
After reinstalling unable to login at al, can’t use UPI .. disaster
Terrible app and too slow.
Please upgrade the app for modern use and simplify the overall experience. There are too many unnecessary steps and features that make basic banking tasks more complicated than they need to be. A cleaner, more intuitive design with easier navigation would greatly improve usability. Banking should be quick, simple, and efficient—please don't overcomplicate things.

30.3. Version not working on Iphone
Just keep loading but not moving forward from the login screen after the latest update. Please fox ASAP
Crash, crash, crash
The app used to work fine before, but the latest version(30.3) and the recent 30.x versions just crash on navigating almost anywhere. Can’t get anything done with this app now.
Frequently Fails to fetch key data and is then useless
It’s obvious that nobody in ICIICI bank loses their job when this app fails miserably and repeatedly to fetch key data from host systems to make the content useable. When it works it is a superb feature rich app, but when it stops working even on new iPhones with updated OS and stable internet it is a SAD thing. There no point blaming a outsourced provider such as Infosys who probably support this app system. It’s a failure of customer service and the rectification responses often take weeks . Makes you want to move to another bank.

Overall performance is very poor and pathetic than SBI Yono, shame on you ICICI. The NRE-NRO transfer is always confusing from UI POV.
Unreliable UPI payment
I am consistently experiencing unreliable UPI transactions with my ICICI Bank account. Payments frequently fail or time out. Please look into this system instability
