Needs to be updated, reprogrammed or something. Constantly freezes up, sometimes I can’t get to my account to unlock my bank card

I can do everything I need to! Payback my friends with p2p, transfer funds from one account to another and see my balances in real-time.

The app doesn’t work at all. Even deleted and reinstalled, still stuck on a never ending loading screen. Why even have a app if no one can use it
Not all accounts are showing up
My husband and I switched to this bank due to us bank closing its door in our town. We got the app, both accounts show up in his app but not mine. Is there a fix for this, and yes both our names are on both accounts. Poor quality app
Nice App Overall
Infinite load and crashing problem has been fixed. Good app overall, just issues that stop one from being able to use it every so often.

Corona!
If the banks want to insure our safety as they say, then I feel like the mobile app should be the top priority. I shouldn’t have to go days or weeks without having access to my funds via app just not working! Please just get this fixed it’s very frustrating and will honestly go to a different bank, because I’m obviously not valued at this one.

Won’t work
Recently I can’t even get into the app at all it stays on the loading screen and nothing else.
Never opens
I think the app opens on every 10th try. For example, not once this week has it opened for me. The worst part is I no longer expect it to open when I try. I’m now just curious to see if it will. Please fix it!!
Stuck in Loading
Over the past several weeks I have not been able to use the app due to nothing more than a loading screen and the only remedy I have found is to delete and reinstall the app itself. It is quite frustrating and should be a top priority in any coming update.
Bank
This app is crap. And never stays updated. The bank are crooks. I have banked here for less than a year and it has been the worst bank I’ve ever used. I decided to use this bank as it was the closest one to me at the time. Yeah don’t make my mistake. Costumer service is awful. I would recommend keeping your money in a cookie jar, or even in your underwear. It’s much safer than putting any money into this bank. The one star reviews normally carry a lot of weight with them, for good reason. Maybe on day this bank will care about its costumers but it is not 2020.

Can’t give negative stars but if I could, this would be the app to get them and the bank. The app never stays up to date, your balance is never your actual balance. They can’t keep up with their charges or deposits. Some transactions will be “pending” for over a week. I’ve never had a bank as terrible as this bank.

Not very stable
This app is good if it’s working but it goes down a lot. Since the most recent update it won’t even load. I just deleted it and I’m re-downloading it in an attempt to get it to load.
Independence Bank App
Updated my app and it hasn’t worked since the update. Very annoying to not be able to log in and check balance.
