Mobile check deposit provides a black screen now. The other features appear to still work, but the important one died.
IMCU evaluation
I love credit unions and have been connected with them for years. Ihave one concern, however. Since the most recent changes for online access, it is very cumbersome to transfer funds between certain accounts. This is not good at all.

I’ve had a terrible time navigating how my money is moving on the new app. Different transactions process and post with no rhyme or reason. Sometimes instantly, sometimes days later. I can’t tell what money I really have to spend. I always thought I had overdraft protection. Apparently I don’t and I have found out the hard way. There are some cool features on here but most importantly is managing money and it’s really confusing on the new app. I love IMCU but the new app sucks.

It constantly forgets your username and password on purpose. The app will say it’s for security reasons, but if it makes the app impossible to get into, there’s no use. And the chat function doesn’t work. Does this app do anything right?

App not that good
App leaves monetary questions in limbo until fully processed. Bank and card only allow you to spend your money as they see fit at places and things they agree with.
Need balance total on credit card payment option
I’ve noticed when I go to pay my credit card it only gives me minimum balance when I’d like to pay the full amount off at one time. This typically means that if I can’t remember the exact amount, I’m going back-and-forth between screens in order to make a full payoff payment.
Password
Not liking that I have to put my password in when I’m on my secure device. The old app put it in automatically!
