Untested bloated garbage
Literally not one thing I’ve tried to do on this app has worked. Most recently when I opened the app it tells me there’s an update available and that I need to update. I go to the App Store and the only option I have is open. Which means I have the latest version. So now back to the cycle of this app, being entirely unusable.

When I go to the payment option at the time of booking, the payment is not being made. error is coming and the application is not working.

This one is the Worst app I’ve ever seen in all the airlines.
Not so professionals, have an issue all time.

Confirm ticket shows as Hold, cancel Ticket shows as confirmed and confirm ticket is not visible.
I search for fifth, the display shows us fifth and ticket is blocked or booked for day before

Login Issues
The login is very pathetic and we are not being able to login. Also while making a booking if we enter the GST number it’s not accepting the GST DETAILS
Sme issue
We are trying to book the sme fare but in the mobile app each time it asking for the gst nos. But it’s not mandatory as result we have to login from desktop to issue tickets
