I opened in this bank and I am regretting.. they can freeze the account anytime without notice and the customer support is pathetic, for a simple KYC if you visit branch the branch people do not know what to do and after playing email game they normally take urgent things to close min 7 business days. And the escalation doesn’t matter to their leadership too.. worst service!!

I really have a worse experience ever with indusind bank being an NRI, they are not resolving even a single issue. I am surely going to close all my relationships with indusind.

Seems like the app is either crashing on logout or dev team intentionally killed the app on logout. Either way it is not good UI as user may have to relogin after logout.
Not for NRIs?
I got a notification that I need to update the app otherwise I will loose access! But when I am trying to update, the AppStore is not showing the update and telling me that it’s not supported for country I am currently in which is UK. So does that mean that Indusind Bank doesn’t support NRI??? What rubbish! I need to switch banks when I am in India next time!!!

Forcing to use new app
The app has been great mostly. There were some issues like getting upi to work etc. but other than that the app has been working and is very functional.
But recently the app has been forcing me to install a new app, stating this one will stop working. When I click on the link it says the app is not available X-(
If you are designing a new app can you make sure it is available in the same regions as the old one?

FCNR deposit list is not scrollable
The app doesn’t allow to see all the FCNR deposits. You can only see what can be accommodated in one screen, limiting the user’s ability to view all their FCNR deposits
Broken application
The latest update is broken. My app doesn’t boot. It is stuck at launch. Please fix.

I really want to love this app but it’s really ugly. It’s not optimised for iPhone 16 (or any iPhone), the text going over the edges and you can’t read it.
The opening splash screen image is so low res it’s laughable. In fact the entire interface is low res quality.
The layout is confusing. All I want to do is see a list of my accounts with balances as soon as the app opens. Instead you have to fumble about through all menus to find it.
The Home Screen is full of ads and offers. Very distracting. Also since installing this, I am bombarded with notifications about special offers on a daily basis. I turned these off in the app but they still keep coming. I had to turn them off permanently in my phone settings.
With a few tweaks this can be an amazing app. Come on IndusInd you can do better.

Spamming with marketing notification with Ads
I was not able to use indusfastremit. Got 403 error. They registered a ticket and I am waiting for a fix. My account is still yet to be activated . Its been more than a month and feels like the process takes forever. Most importantly, their marketing ads omgggg not able to tolerate. They prove its an indian app. Common like 10-15 a day? Are you serious. I wish i could post the pictures. I am so afraid I might miss some important account notification because of this spamming marketing notifications. There is no way to turn it off.
Giving 2 stars because their response and customer service is pretty good. Its not like the end of the tunnel. But please try using US banking by yourself and you will not see these many spam marketing ads. Please guys give us an option to disable it.

Good but
App is good to use but show up too many advertisements which is annoying. It would be good if the name of accounts can be customised - if makes life a lot easier when you have multiple accounts.
