Doesn’t work
It was working great for a bit but now it won’t even go to the login screen. This was the easiest way for me to access my account.
Useless
Unable to use the app as before. I can no longer view my policy information, make payments or my digital insurance card. What’s going on here?
As an Infinity agent and customer
I really like this app. It’s easy to use and very similar features to the agent website. I would highly recommend to view your policy, make changes to your auto payments, and obtain ID cards.
Terrible
This app has many bugs in it and has displayed incorrect information regarding my policy since day one. I’ve told customer service and asked when they can fix it so it displays correctly and got a generic answer. “Oh sorry about that, once your policy has renewed it will be fixed”. I’ve renewed my policy for a third time and it has the information of the first time I got my policy. It’s very annoying and the website is no better. I only keep it to make my payments.

I can’t even find words to describe how bad this thing is (I can’t even call it an app).
