Garbage
This app has pretty much become non functional. Good luck signing in at all, let alone getting it to remember your credentials. If you do by some miracle get past signing in, expect 2-3 mfa texts and probably being forced to change your password or sign in again. It all went to crap when Allstate bought them up.

Nice service but poor app
Recently, the Face ID login stopped working and it couldn’t add a gmail account. The monitoring seems good, but the app doesn’t make it easy to use.

App Stopped Working - Looks to be replaced.
Allstate took over almost a year ago. Looks like they’ve replaced this app with an updated one “Allstate Identity Protection”

Problems after authentication window
Not sure if the issue started after an upgrade, but when I try to access to the app, it shows the login window, it shows it’s using face recognition to log in and then it shows a blank screen. I tried to close the app manually and restart the phone. Still not working.
