App no longer correct
This app had an update in the last month or no and now none of the prescriptions are being removed from the list once they are picked up. Caused a major mishap and delay in medication over the weekend when the app said there wasn’t medicine but there was 3 months worth and one that was on the app had already been picked up and filled. Please look into this as it could be life threatening.

Ever Since the Floods…
Ever since we had the floods, the accuracy of the app is way off on my RX’s.
It has been very hard to use the app. Standard 30 day RX’s show a refill date of 33 days out. Why? What do I do the other 3 days??
It’s become hard to use if I have to call the pharmacy each time.

Performance
When it works the app is as expected. I’ve used it for about 4-5 years.
Lately I’ve been unable to even connect. “Technical support” on a scale of 0-10 is about a 1 or not quite zero. No workable assistance to get the app working on my iPhone 13 Pro after 4-5 inquiries.
The app won’t log on in the first place.
I asked for a supervisor to handle, but got no response.
I’m Considering changing pharmacies which I don’t really want to do because local staff is competent and friendly.

Bugs are annoying
Cannot log into the app. Reinstalling the app works sometimes. Very slow.
Terrible—never works
I do not like this app at all. It hardly ever works and when it does, it’s usually wrong. Do better!
Fix this app please
This app will not reopen after sign out. It just freezes and will not re-boot.

Pharmacy
Have used this pharmacy for years and really loved the app and being able to order refills online, but for the last two weeks nothing is working on the app. The help center is basically useless so I guess I’m going to be searching for a new pharmacy.
Sign in doesn’t work for me
So I have 2 email accounts that I use. However, this is the first time I have attempted to use this app. I went to create an account and it says I already have an account. Okay.. Went to sign in and it said the password/email combo were wrong. Okay.. tried to recover my password and it tells me it doesn’t recognize the email address. I tried with both email accounts. Can’t use the app if I can’t recover a password I don’t even remember creating.

Not reliable
I sent in for a refill of my prescriptions the day before and the app said it would be ready by the next day after 11 a.m. However, when I went to pick them up I was told by pharmacy tech that it could not be refilled until the first of the month. App needs to reflect that prescriptions cannot be refilled when customer sends in for a refill through the app.

Great App—Would love link to med descriptions
Ingles has been my favorite grocery store since we moved south on 1990. The kids working there are all polite and helpful. Even before pandemic the produce racks were regularly washed and slways kept clean. Such great discounts on gas! And having a pharmacy in the storeis so convenient. Not only that but it is just small enough that the pharmacists call people by name and always note any changes to scripts. The addition of the app to reorder meds is very convenient. One thing that would be so convenient if ADDED TO APP IS LINK TO MED DESCRIPTION. I would not expect addition of all this info in the app. Just a link to reputable source would be adequate and very helpful. Especially as i get older and take more medicines. Thank you!

Disappointed
I would have rated this app a 5 but the Reminders function that is supposed to remind you when to take your daily dose will not work. I have checked my Notification settings numerous time and although receive notifications from many different apps, I have not gotten one reminder. Disappointed.
Love this app!
I was delighted when Ingles started using this, makes it so easy to refill a prescription or find out when you are able to do a refill. There are still some things I would like to see, like up dating insurance information or message my pharmacy with up dates or questions. This is a great improvement.

Simplifies my life
This app helps me get my refills quickly and in a timely manner. It doesn’t pester me with unending reminders and my refills are processed expediently. I love it as much as I love my Ingles pharmacy.
A lifesaver!
This app makes it so easy to refill prescriptions. I know how many refills I have left. I think the best thing for me is that the app sends me a text message when to take which medicine. I used to miss so many doses, for those of us with many prescriptions this app is an absolute must.
