Great app!

This is a wonderful recovery tool, with virtual meetings that are completely anonymous! Make your avatar and create a nickname Andy will get positive results and be able to vent! The support therapists are super knowledgeable!

I’m learning to navigate it and sharing it with others

I think it will help .. my phone ( old iPhone) is having challenges so I couldn’t open the app yesterday and have trouble using the avatar and such but I’ll keep trying again.. I also have a Mac Book Air that I wish I could also use for the site but was told not at this time 🤷‍♀️. I will keep trying tho !!! Thank you !!! When I did get in I tried the chat as I had a meltdown and wanted support.. it was about how people are dealing with world events and I dropped out as I do not watch the news .. I simply pray for our world… thank you Jewel for this wonderful opportunity 💝

Still trying to learn it.

Have ‘t figured out how to use it yet.

Surprisingly Therapeutic

I was very hesitant to tryout this form of therapy but I’ve found that I love the anonymity. Checking out different environments and “meeting” new people is awesome, especially if you don’t have a lot of close family and friends to talk to.

Great app

I’m just trying to learn how everything works. It’s really hard doing it on a small phone but at least I can get to know some friends with the same issues

Avoid

I gave Innerworld a fair shot, over a year, but it’s nothing more than overpriced peer-to-peer chat dressed up as therapy. The platform pushes pop psychology and demands emotional conformity, not authentic support. It’s not safe, not therapeutic, and absolutely not a substitute for real group therapy. I will never use this service again and strongly recommend avoiding it. Seek real help from licensed professionals—not virtual frauds. The people looking for help are kinder than the moderators.

A gem

I wouldn’t believe this place was as great as it is, unless I’ve experienced it. As of now, it has a 24/7 commons where you can socialize and work on your people skills or whatever you need. I use it to help me get an appetite in the mornings, because I struggle with that. It’s a peer supported mental health app, so there’s a lot of people who have gained knowledge in their struggles and hearing what has helped them is really inspiring. You’ll find tons of lovely, kind people here and they’re all just trying to better themselves. There’s nothing else out there like it. The group meetings have taught me a lot about how to deal with all sorts of emotions and situations. If you’re looking to improve yourself, this is the app for you.

Grateful for the Community, But Disappointed by Support

I appreciate the opportunity Innerworld provides for people to connect and share, and I’m grateful for the generous members I met there. However, my experience was disappointing because my account was banned unexpectedly, and despite requesting a refund multiple times, I never received my membership money back. It felt like expressing my own opinion or being myself was not welcomed, and even small things were seen as breaking the rules. I understand the importance of community guidelines, but I hope Innerworld can find a better balance between safety and allowing users to feel free and respected. Wishing the best for the community and future improvements.

Ugh

Not super impressive the first night I got manipulated and hit on and dragged away from a crowd was bizarre how fast it happened

Garbage Place to Seek Support

I now understand why the VA and Innerworld gave free access to veterans because this app is on pair with the care you can expect to receive at the VA, horrible. Poorly managed, guardians are either burned out or overwhelmed and most are on auto. The attendees can be vicious and attacking and when you go to a place for support you don’t need to get hammered by people who’s sole problem in life is they’re little cowards and can’t handle an adult conversation. Great for a certain community of people but definitely not for people who have a brain and are trying to work towards healing.

App won’t open

Cool well the app won’t open. I’m on the newest iOS. iPhone 13 Pro Max. Start the app. Nothing happens so that’s a good start. Also sent an email canceling my account after free trial so we’ll see how that goes.

Opens now. 👍

Great app

I love this app for real it made my day so much better just after going to one group session. Hopefully I get to join many more.

Great App…Highly recommend…!!!

I appreciate the open and welcoming environment the app provides. Because of that I believe it facilitates non-judgmental discussion and sharing of thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Game changer

Peer support at your fingertips, lovely welcoming community and well trained facilitators.

Not cheap

$20.00 a week is a lot

What a game changer!

This app has helped me more in the last 5 months then my mental health professionals have in years. I contribute it to great staff, the peer support/community, as well as the importance the developers put on constantly striving to evolve the platform.

They didn’t refund me my membership money they also banned me

I signed up for this app, at first everything was going well. I really enjoyed the workshops so I decided to upgrade I paid £79.99 for 1 year. They then decided to ban my account without refunding me. I’m furious they stole my money. They told me I broke 1 of their rules which seemed very unreasonable to me. But at least refund me my money. You thieves.

CAUTION

Be very, very cautious about these people. Especially, if you have a serious mental illness. They will throw you out at the drop of a hat, and for no legitimate reason.
They will call it Putting Your Account In Review. Then, they simply ignore your questions until you give up. This is how they treated me and how they treated “ Therapists.” But, they are not real therapists.
Relationships do not exist outside of this cyber world. They don’t allow it. They need a huge multi million dollar lawsuit.

Made me feel more alone

I stayed on this app for almost half a year before I realized that it wasn’t a space for me. There is favoritism between guides and members and it’s so hard to get in contact with the admin. The app also glitches a lot and I was an og member promised a certain price monthly that was ultimately a lie. I thought I would find community and support here but I ended up feeling worse. Be careful.
