Can’t register
My street address is rural and the app won’t recognize it. There is no customer service phone number. I sent an email requesting help but instead of answering it they are now sending me SPAM.
Amazing tool for those that have hearing issues

Since losing hearing I’ve relied on my Son telling me what Callers are saying.But with this Omg I don’t struggle with Phone Calls anymore .Thank you Immensely for this App and it even has smooth voice to speech recognition unlike some others I’ve tried. Game Changer!
I say sincerely, The Worst App I’ve Ever Tried
I am sincere when I say this is the worst app I’ve ever used in all my years of having a mobile phone. I understand occasional glitches…that’s normal…but this was every single call, without exaggeration. Every call had an issue. I’d either have to wait several seconds for the call to connect after it looked like it connected, or it would just hang up outright. I am not exaggerating when I say, I would spend several calls to the same person
Before it would connect. The same with incoming calls. Again, I am not exaggerating in any way.
I’m using a brand‑new iPhone 17 Pro Max on Xfinity Mobile, and InnoCaption made my phone unusable. It hung up on almost every call before I could even say hello. Incoming calls dropped. Outgoing calls dropped. If a second call came in, the entire call disconnected instantly. When a call did manage to connect, it took about 10 seconds, and people told me my voice sounded robotic.
After two days of nonstop dropped calls, I literally pulled over
on the side of the road just to uninstall it. The moment it was gone, my phone worked normally again. I literally felt some sort of freedom.
If you’re using an iPhone 17 Pro Max on Xfinity’s plan, this app is a terrible idea.

I always have difficulty hearing on the phone and seems to work great. But I just started using it. I am anxious to see how well it works with someone with a strong accent. I think this is gonna be great.

A Must App for Seniors
If you want a record of scammy calls or other unknown trying to trick or convince you something odd, the conversation in text is a must.
Do not get!
Once you put it on, it drops calls, and doesn’t allow the voice recording to work!

Wrecked my phone
I downloaded this only to discover it was Bing my number as a different one on outbound calls, which I did not want. The captioning worked OK, but seemed to lag timewise, I needed this for better comprehension with my hearing aid in background noise condition conditions. I removed the app and restarted my phone and now I cannot receive incoming calls at all, my phone does not even show that I received them. It is interfering with my business.

It’s great
Almost perfect
Really awesome app, and helpful… if conversation is in English. However, if it is in another language, like Russian, for example, it doesn’t caption in that language and continues to caption in English which is gibberish and makes it even more confusing to understand speech. I even have activated secondary language, still, no changes. Perhaps there is another app for this.
