My husband and I tried to fix this problem and couldn’t. I have deleted the app.

I need help
The time it takes to reach me after the call is made lacks a lot in my opinion. I had my wife call me and i waited and waited to the point i called her back to see if she called me immediately. Of course was her response. Nothing. I think this may work if there’s assistance but I’m having trouble locating it so here I am frustrated.

Phone heating up
When I was paying for Innocaption, my phone would heat up after a few minutes and I would have to shut it down
Inconsistent
I would love this app if it worked for every phone call going and coming but it does not for me. I’m a new user, so still trying to figure it all out.
Interesting app
This call captioning device could be very useful to the hard of hearing. The set-up is a little scary at first but it is just part of the process. I hope this helps me fro asking my wife what people have said even though I had my speakers turned on

I am severely hearing impaired and cannot hear on the phone. I have a surgical implant that is helpful in connecting me to my hearing aid, but I have very poor sound recruitment without my hearing device.
I am wildly grateful for the use of Innocaption, as is my family. My kids always ask if my Innocaption is working for me. Then I say “yes! Of course!” Then they know we can chat.
Thank you for the creation of this incredibly helpful hearing device. I would be lost in the wilderness without it.

I can hear through my hearing aids and also read what they are saying!
Lose connection
Although I like I can see what we are saying at all times. I am sitting inside my home and talking to someone and InnoCaption would disconnect. I hope it doesn’t happen anymore it only happed once.

Some contacts have information in them that should not be shared.
InnoCaption wants to have access to all contacts.
There is no way to create a contact inside InnoCaption
Being able to create a contact, even just a name, would really make it more useful

It’s been 10 years from my stroke and this last six months when I could use the InnoCaption service I can actually use phones where I can understand words I could not do this without you guys. I love it thank you.

This is amazing! It works extremely well. It takes what I perceive as mumbles and perfectly transposes it. Really wonderful!
Can’t register
My street address is rural and the app won’t recognize it. There is no customer service phone number. I sent an email requesting help but instead of answering it they are now sending me SPAM.
Amazing tool for those that have hearing issues
This is fabulous especially for anyone with hearing loss or in a noisy environment.
