App Updates too much
It is annoying that app updates like weekly. It seems the app updates constantly and It’s annoying not able to make calls when I have to manually run diagnostics to see that the app is not on the updated version. So I update app then run diagnostics again before making a call. Sometimes the call is urgent and it’s being delayed because I have to do additional steps to update the app before making the call

The best app around for capturing conversations
I've tried all sorts of apps and this one is by far the best. If you have a poor memory or any hearing loss this makes bookkeeping that much easier to have a reference to what was discussed. I can't recommend it enough, absolutely the safest and best app out there!

My ability to discern words, often said in haste or with an accent, is poor. As a semi retired lawyer, I have some important conversations. I must hear clearly. Innocaption protects me and my clients.

Support was great!
I use Google Fi as my carrier and could not get call forwarding to work. I got some awesome help from the support team and they actually got it working. I’m amazed actually.

Thanks to this app i can now make phone calls to set up appointments with confidence and without having to warn people about my bad hearing. I really like the AI summary of transcripts. It would be great to be able to have the SHARE option for the AI summary rather than (or as an option instead of) the transcript itself.

Close caption
I often speak to an elderly friend, and if I use the phone, I can barely hear him but using close caption, I can see what he is saying so I understand everything. It makes a conversation
Deaf spouses use
My wife is deaf and I tried this on a voice call to our son. It worked beautifully!
Caller Cannot Hear Me
My husband and I tried to fix this problem and couldn’t. I have deleted the app.
