Fraud Alert – Paid for Food Vouchers, Got Nothing!
I bought food vouchers through the INOX app while booking movie tickets, but never received the vouchers. No SMS, no email – nothing! My money was deducted, and I got zero in return. There is no proper support or resolution process either. This is pure fraud! INOX has looted my money.
App like this should not be allowed on the App Store. Be very careful before making any payment through this app. I hope INOX sees this and takes responsibility!

Very Stupidity
Third class , Most of the time app shows server down. And another third class thing is their 349 passport. They don't allow movie on weekend like friday, Saturday and sunday . Another funny and lootfat thing is, even in regular days they are not allowed to use passport voucher for blockbuster movie. So if your passport expires in last days of weeks you can not watch movie.

Always showing something went wrong

Kindly work on your apps on iphone its always shows technical issue or 'something went wrong' whenever we try to open it up especially from the past 2days its unbearable, it's works fine at midnight and in day there is this issue pops up

International cards and bugs
Since last update, there is a bunch of bugs on the app. It closes on it self, it doesn’t show seats available, cannot book…
And also, by now you should be accepting international cards in your App for payment. This is a shame.

Great application
I have been using this application from the very start and it has been improved a lot. Whoever may be concerned, please address the issue of the “add to wallet” Option of the ticket isn’t working. Please kindly rectify it in your next update.

Online and offline customers
When a new big movie is released and I wait the whole day to book tickets.. but when the shows are open they either doesn’t open or show that they are totally booked.
The online users should also be able to get to access the tickets along with the offline customers. That’s the major drawback !

Very badly done
I Love INOX theatres. These are the only places I want to go for movie experience because of the big screens. But this App is disgusting. Literally which half wit done this? So many technical issues, not thorough testing has been done. I just can’t buy Black tie membership or any membership here. When I click on buy option it is taking to different places. Many other issues like this. Please get it done properly. Please don’t loose the good impression with this stupid app. Please change the company who did this app for you.

Could Not Add Pass to iPhone Wallet
I was unable to secure my seat reservation via INOX App payment eventually failed, received a credit of redemption for booked foods and beverages which I had paid for via bank debit card today afternoon at 1:00 PM Prior to the show on Tuesday, 28th March 2023. Pathetic experience like wise on BookMyShow too previously on multiple attempts, but nothing happened eventually.

Payment Successful but Seat booking fails
Whenever booking through paytm payment gets successfully transferred and inox ticket booking failed. Its repetitive for payments through paytm only. So we cant choose the seats we wanted to book in first place. The amount debited also takes a longer time to be credited back to account. Its frustrating when this happens every time i book.

Cannot register yourself
Downloaded the App to book a ticket. The app fails at registration itself. Tried 3 times, with no success. That’s the first step towards using the app and that step doesn’t even work. What more can I say
One Glitch.
The whole app experience is good. But, there is always a problem adding the tickets to the Apple Wallet from the INOX app. I hope that can be fixed through an update of some sort.

I can’t even add the tickets I’ve bought to my Apple Wallet.
The UI and the aspect ratio doesn’t even fit my phone most of the time.
Sometimes you are in a page and there is no back button so you’ll have to force close the app and restart it again just so you can go away from that page.
Most of the times the seat-layout is completely blank.
The credit/debit card details field is not optimized for dark mode maybe because that field was completely blank as well so I had to guess it!!
It’s like they didn’t pay a proper developer for the app and got it made at a cyber-café or something.

Log in doesn’t work
The log in credentials don’t work, it keeps saying verify your mail from the inbox but there’s no mail in the inbox for verification, there’s only 1 mail from inox about successfully registering each time I click on log in. Bad support team. No reply to my query hence finally posting this here in anticipation that someone will reply to me. Lol.

Offer not reflecting
I was trying to book a ticket through my ICICI credit card and i applied the offer of Buy1 get 1 which is twice per month from ICICI bank. But due to some technical error my transaction got cancelled. But When i tried again to book my ticket through same card the offer was not reflecting as it shows that you have consumed the maximum number for the month. The Offer with ICICI credit Buy 1 get 1 is acceptable under redemption. if i will put my card number just to check the offer that attempt was counted as 1 for the month. I really hate your app and logics. Useless offers with INox. fooling customers.

Excellent options offered
It’s so wonderful to see all the options of F&B from the cafeteria to your screen. From keeping the history of past tickets and awarded points is a bliss. Hopefully I’ll be able to use all the options soon.
App is not speed enough to do things quickly .
The app works fine but the app is very slow . And there is only one type of payment option available that is through cards . Online payments options must be added .
