Customer care is worse
They are not even picking calls and refunds are going into their just tickets wallet and arent refunded back to the original method of payment. Not gonna book again from this app.

Now I booked two tickets and at the payment step app closed unexpectedly and money was deducted from my bank account.i don’t know where to ask help in just tickets. There was no confirmation mail or text message about my tickets.

No cancellation option
The first and foremost requirement for every booking app is to include the ‘cancel’ option. How can the customers ensure that they will be 100% available on the booked date, what if a personal/medical emergency occurs all of a sudden!!! Bad design
