Customer care is worse
They are not even picking calls and refunds are going into their just tickets wallet and arent refunded back to the original method of payment. Not gonna book again from this app.

Now I booked two tickets and at the payment step app closed unexpectedly and money was deducted from my bank account.i don’t know where to ask help in just tickets. There was no confirmation mail or text message about my tickets.

No cancellation option
The first and foremost requirement for every booking app is to include the ‘cancel’ option. How can the customers ensure that they will be 100% available on the booked date, what if a personal/medical emergency occurs all of a sudden!!! Bad design
App getting crashed while making payment
Tried booking ticket but app getting failed to make payment. Didn’t get booking message and can’t see the booking history

schedules for all movies opened on all other ticketing associates and these Just tickets are just waste tickets. Customer service is pathetic as they claim movie schedule hasn’t been released and shared by theatres. ridiculous, i have money in their wallet and unable to use it for ages now.
Worst ever
It’s a worst ever app and I miss book my show in my home town. In last 7 booking attempts, 6 failed with money debited and tickets not booked. Ofcourse money returned back but a very bad experience. Uninstalling JT.
Not satisfied
Payment deducted twice but able to confirm the seats second time. It’s taking long time for refunding the amount. Please look after the problem and try not to happen again.

Request not to go with this app, worst app, while booking tckts amount will be debited to ur acct, but tickets won’t generate, just they will skip by saying amount stuck in payment gateway. Don’t go with this app, worst app
App unexpectedly closed and money deducted and no confirmation messages
Last night i booked two tickets and at the payment step app closed unexpectedly and money was deducted from my bank account. And i tried to contact customer support and they were not reachable. Now they are saying my tickets was confirmed that time itself. There was no confirmation mail or text message at that time about my tickets. I don’t want tickets. I want my money back in my bank account.

There should be an option that shows subtitle availability for English films. Other than that, the app is excellent with easy to use interface.

I had give 0 stars if that option is there.. app shows wrong availability of shows and available seats. Transaction is very insecure. I neither got the tickets nor my money! No response either wen I emailed regarding the same. I would never come back to this app.
