It works and its easy
I was very hesitant on using the app after reading so many 1 star reviews. I gave it a try and it was sooooooo easy. I entered my account number from the bill I received and also I entered the physician business name and viola!!! The system found my name and the amount matching how much I owed.
I paid the bill and the rest is history. I will continue using the app.

Automatic payment set up - after I already paid!!
I have not used the app, only the website, but I don’t think it would be any different since it’s the same system.
I get an email notification to pay my bill. I pay it online via credit card, all’s good.
A day or so later, I get a notification that an automatic payment is scheduled for the amount I just paid. What? So I check the website, and I have no balance, but there is an automated payment for the same amount, scheduled for two weeks from now. I almost thought it was referring to my previous payment, except for the date and the fact that it’s set up on a different card. So I cancel the automatic payment because it’s clearly a mistake.
Here’s the kicker - I then get an email saying that my automatic payment agreement has been terminated! Which is not what I wanted, I just wanted to cancel an automatic payment that should not have been there. But the more I think about it, I can’t trust them to handle automatic payments correctly anyway, so it’s probably better that way.
I will keep using InstaMed because that’s what my dermatologist uses, and I don’t go often enough for it to be that big of a deal. I will just have to keep an eye on it to make sure nothing weird happens, I’m just hoping that with automatic payments turned off I won’t have to deal with that.

Doesnt work
This app crashes constantly or doesn't load. I tried to set up automatic payments and all I get is a blank screen. I emailed to get help and all they said was ‘use a desktop’. Don't waste ur time with this app and ppl that can’t get it to work properly!
Extremely Problematic App
Nothing cohesive or easy about this app. Keeps asking for account number but won’t accept the one I type in (yes, numbers are correct and verified)! Too many weird glitches and annoyances to write out and I’ve already spent way too much time wrangling with this disastrous app to write them all out. I’d rather write a check and add the stamp cost than use this app any day!

Worked without a hitch!
I was hesitant after some reviews, but still downloaded the app. Got out my bill and followed the instructions. Easy peasy! Done in no time with bill paid!
