Failing to show realtime locations
The app is showing vehicle locations that are 3-10 minutes old. Makes it impossible to rely on this for realtime tracking — which is probably the most important function of this app.
Grouped Vehicles
I don’t like the way the vehicles get grouped when they are close. You need to zoom in to see what vehicles are there. Change that please or allow the customer to decide whether they want that or not.
2 horrible apps
With this telematics provider you have to have 2 separate apps, what they call Mobile and another called Inspect, if you run ELD and DVIR you will have to use both to be compliant. Really?!

Excellent user interface, really easy
Very easy to see exactly what you need, right away. Fleet management tools need to get you exactly the visibility you need, fast and reliably. IntelliShift did a great job with their app.
Fantastic app
After being with two previous telematics companies, I can tell everyone that Intellishift is the best of the best. Fantastic service and fantastic phone app.
