La nouvelle mise a jour est nulle, la recherche se fait par code seulement, impossible d'ajouter une note au facture sans creer un produit. La modification du nombre de produit vendu est une etape de plus, on a reculer dans les fonction plutot que d'améliorer le tout. Le but c'etait d'avoir quelque chose sur nos mobiles et on est obligé d'utiliser l'ordinateur pour avoir quelque chose d'utilisable

After just over 3 months with a account paid subscription for year can’t log in

Don’t like all the changes wish was back when i first got this the updates made not so nice use updates sucked
Menus missing
I wanted to have an easy way to enter in sales and business expenses all in one place to keep my life a bit more organized. I have looked and looked and they are no where to be found anymore for me. I am so incredibly frustrated at this stupid app, I will not be coming back and will be telling all of my business friends to do the same.

Charging people for a government change is just profiteering
Will be leaving this god awful company since MTD came in as they could not care less about the customer. All they care about is money. No information on MtD unlike SAGE. Will be moving to SAGE and getting rid of this awful company. Their app is awful and constantly changing, they have to be the Trump of companies.

Overpriced and mobile app intermittently works
Quickbooks has consistently raised prices over the past few years. The only reason I have not switched to another software is because my CPA links with it for tax purposes.
While it has many features that I really do not use at all, it also nickel and dimes you for add-ons that should be included for subscription price.
Further price increases will likely force me to look elsewhere.

App is back to being unstable
Was working for awhile now back to having to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to launch. Fun times
Love the app but lately been glitchy
I find the app takes time to log in and glitches on the user interface
new update with exact same changelog as previous version
do better with update changelogs…it’s 2026, you can actually say what changed in an app changing, it’s not difficult.
also, i can’t understand why price entry doesn’t allow simple add/subtract/multiply/divide in the number entry…so if I am entering a price on an invoice and want to add a percentage, I expect to type a price and hit * and then enter the markup percentage. instead, the app makes me switch to a different app to calculate the percentage, then copy the result , switch back to the quickbooks app, then paste the price. Make it better.

Forced onto this app by quickbooks!
And not impressed in July (our busiest season) having to relearn everything and to find its not as easy as the one we originally signed too!
Unusable
Awful. Quite simply unusable. Have redownloaded several times. Constantly crashing (fully up to date OS on iPhone). Makes it IMPOSSIBLE to run my business. 100% fail. Find an alternative. And a wig to replace the hair you will invariably tear out if you find yourself unlucky enough to be using this PoS app

Won’t work
Was good at all aspects until June. Then it won’t track miles and transactions don’t show. Called customer service and was thrown around until one day, finally reached someone who advised my concern will be documented. This stupid app still doesn’t work. You might as well record everything by hand and paper! Delete and unsubscribe!!!!!

Completely rubbish
After the change, the application is unuseable at all. I don't have access to my account, despite the fact that I did what they required of me to move. I don't know how to regain access to my account and close it, because it's a waste of time and money.
Slow to no fixing issues
The only point of difference between the different accounting apps is customer service! Which is sadly missing from the app team. I hit a major issue when a key expense field disappeared- making it impossible to upload expenses. I sent feedback and got a boilerplate response but no resolution. I’m on week 2 & the app is entirely useless for me ATM!

Please keep an eye out on my accounts I never wanted any instant deposits as you could look at my bank accounts and see I didn’t need the money that quick also if savings is at 3.5 apy or something like that
Slow launching
Update: Even though app says developed by QuickBooks and uses all their info, QuickBooks customer support will tell you it’s not their app. That way they can’t be held liable for how terrible the app is. They told me they can’t help me at all with app. They said if you need to use their service it’s best to do online through a web browser on a computer. Will need to shop for suitable replacement and cancel.

Awful user experience.
I’ll put it this way. This app is by far the worst I’ve ever used, of any type. I would recommend seeking alternatives. I am.
APP DOESNT WORK
I started using the app since a month ago and after my second login app doesnt work it stuck
App stopped working
This app no longer opens. I try multiple times. Sometimes like a miracle it opens. Sort it out
