Ever since the update a few months ago this app causes me wasted time in front of clients, wasted time learning the new UI. And WASTED time finding things. Garbage

From bad to worse
Every update something else is broken or looks like trash. The new UI looks like they told an AI bot to go make it. I cant even find the tools I’ve amused everyday for a year. The fall of this bloated company is happening in front of us.
Listens to Customers
Intuit takes feedback very seriously. They have taken my feedback and months later a feature is implemented. Not saying that’s all because of me, but they listen to their customers. They have top tier customer support and an amazing product. The app UI is perfect.
Choose quickbooks
Easy to use, most helpful for sending invoices and organizing transactions for taxes

Paying for an app you can’t even open up so you can give invoice out or look at old invoices the app literally won’t open
Great for small Business
Quick books is the best way to stay out of trouble with the IRS if you’re small business just starting up.

When I call to talk to someone, especially after being on hold for an extended time, I would like to speak to someone I can understand. My time on the phone was repeatedly saying, “I am sorry, I am not understanding you. “. I could tell they were getting frustrated and I was embarrassed.
BLOATWARE TRASH
Intuit needs to fire every dev that worked on this steaming POS. And these 5 star reviews are fake reviews.. Just look at how generic they are. Dev team is trying to juice the numbers on their trash software.
App is toast
User friendliness of the app has diminished greatly since the introduction of AI. The app started out great, but the more features that get added the less it becomes user friendly on mobile. Posts categorize themselves incorrectly, features that were once easy to use like categorizing invoice payments made using the partner payments app, creating invoices, categorizing bank transactions are all useless now. I’ve not been able to update my books since the beginning of 2026 without logging in to QuickBooks online on the web to categorize everything correctly. The app constantly crashes and shows errors while categorizing bank transactions and invoices and not mention Intuit is constantly changing the names of its transactions or where to find it in the app.

Fix app glitches & login issues takes so long. Auto mileage is kinda sketchy but works I guess please update & make it more reliable

Bank connection is very unreliable. Have to reconnect it at least weekly.
i love it overall
i love it for its simplicity and i use it multiple times a day, i just dont like they have to change their interface so often
Inaccurate
The mileage tracking works very poorly. Doesn’t track despite following support’s suggestions and steps. I don’t recommend.
