QuickBooks is really great we do appreciate working with this platform.
Full of bugs
won’t let you get into expense transactions to add a photo receipt. Very slow to use, 2 min tasks become 2 hours.
Great for small businesses!
This app has really helped us run our business better! We have a Handyman business, so we are always on the road. Just in one month this app has a mileage deduction for taxes of $1000! Highly recommend this app!

Wonderful service. Too expensive though
Doesn’t load, very slow
Used to work, albeit very messy. Now spends minutes on the loading screen and sometimes doesn’t load at all.

Terrible App
Works 10 percent of the time at best. Mileage tracking is a joke. This current version doesn’t work at all now. Just get the loading symbol indefinitely.

Great concept but it doesn’t work 90% of the time
I love the idea of this app but it freezes 9 out 10 times when I open it. Also when tracking mileage it 9 times out of 10 just freezes and won’t track, it’s so so frustrating, I don’t think I’m going to be able to continue with it as when I do get into it (1 in 10 times I try) I have to try and do everything I need to do before it freezes again. I certainly won’t be able to justify the £12 odd pounds when it comes to paying full price for it. It’s a great idea but just doesn’t work??

App keeps getting worse
Intuit can only seem to make this app worse lately. 50% of the time it doesn’t even get past the spinning dots.
Good idea bad app
I enjoy using QuickBooks and it does everything I want. The app itself is horrible to use very buggy and slow and really makes it hard work when I’m in a rush. This would be fine if the app was free but isn’t very good when I’m paying a decent amount monthly for it.
App is the worst I’ve ever used
This is possibly the worst app created in the history of the iPhone. It frequently crashes, sometimes just can’t even load and has more bugs than the Amazon.
Only half my business banking transactions load and the integration with my bank is pants.

Flaws
Desktop version works better, but the mobile app has so many flaws that a lot of the time you have to go online to fix small errors. I am currently getting on my laptop since I can’t scroll up on my invoice to edit. Just the little things that will drive you insane. Unfortunately im starting to think I’m going to have to bite the bullet and level up with jobber. Quickbooks seems to get worse and worse every year.

Mileage tracker broken and crashes constantly
If you’re looking for an app that tracks mileage consistently and accurately, this is not the app for you. Consistently crashes during the mileage, consistently does not record mileage, and you will go days weeks and even months without it being tracked properly.. There’s no good way for technical support to reach out to you and they do not address most issues. There are better options out there. I would steer clear.

Great Potential, but Hiccups
This is a great company that has a lot of potential but has so many hiccups. For me, as a small business owner, when I call with a question, I speak from someone from a third world county who tried to upsell me on products, a $50 subscription which I have to a $200..
I speak with another rep about help with a question and have to verify minimum deposit, my email address, spell my name out and sometimes get asked the same question twice.
My information is updated, yet, I have to wait til Monday to to get help from the bank because they are a middle man company for green dot bank and the verification to do my mobile wallet with my iPhone is tied to my old phone number somehow.
Would not recommend this company. Again, a lot of potential. But too many hiccups and prompts before getting anywhere. When you get transferred, you go through the routine verifications ALLLLL over again.

Great features!
I love the wonderful features. However, my biggest complaint is it seems like it can take quite a while to load things. But I guess that goes with having lots of features?
