Over charged
Was charged a monthly of $38 rather then the $3 like it said and can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to.
Could be better
The app freezes on me regularly and the mileage tracking is completely broken.
Always something
There’s always something bugging and crashing. They’ll get it working good and do some update and it goes to shlt again. It seems like they spend more time trying to advertise their additional services than get their main one working properly.
Only gets worse
Each update seems to screw more up. I’ve reported several issues over the past few months and none have been resolved. Used to work great but the last 6-12 months it has been terrible. AI getting involved makes it even worse. I’m likely going to switch providers very soon.

Update: happy to report that all the issues that we were experiencing with the app have finally been resolved.

Please for the love of god, don’t download this app. Previous version was very easy to use. This is insanely difficult to understand. Spent almost an hour on the phone to one of the agents just to get my bank reconnected from previous application. Sent invoices not showing, invoices paid but no way of confirming that on the app. It wants to review and send them again.

Please fix
I always go to a receipts after going to make purchases from my company. I find the app is all is either logged me out or something along those lines. Then I have to sign in. It takes 5 to 10 minutes for to load and on numerous occasions. I ended up just throwing the receipts in my truck to get to them later, because the thing won’t load. Signs me out daily. Even though I haven’t set to always remain signed in.

Quick book works great when it works. Have to delete the app daily to be able to open it again. Pain in the….
Functionality
This app is extremely frustrating and will leave you with losses in your mileage and receipt transactions. Most receipts won’t link to my transactions anymore i just waste time clicking buttons that don’t work. Both on the app and on website browser. The app constantly fails to auto track miles and i have to delete the app and re-download just to get it working again. Spoke with 2 agents about the functionality but neither were able to assist and my app still doesn’t work.

Slow, Glitchy, Freezes
App is unusable. 5+ minutes to open and still freezes/crashes. I’ve been dealing with this issue on multiple iPhone’s for over a year. Uninstalling and reinstalling don’t work. Internet connection doesn’t make any difference. How can a company this large have such a terrible app for so long??
Changes make it clunky
Changes made without notification now render the app clunky and difficult to navigate. The original format was better.
Complete Garbage
I’ve been using QuickBooks for over a decade. Suddenly I am told that my self employed subscription no longer includes the mobile app? So I upgrade to “solopreneur” and Jesus Christ, this is the worst interface design I have EVER seen. Now, in order to add a manual transaction which is how I have ALWAYS kept my records, I have to click through multiple menus and buttons. And guess what? You can no longer add receipts or dates while you input. You have to save the transaction, click “view”, then add those things. It’s truly disgusting the lack of concern these companies have for their loyal customers. I will absolutely be unsubscribing and going elsewhere because this piss poor forced update barely functions and makes record keeping impossible.
