Failure to provide support for older iPhones that can not be updated to iOS 17
This effectively prevents me from accessing my organization’s emails from an otherwise functioning iPhone without completely updating my hardware and buying a new phone! Planned obsolesence sucks!

I’m an IT admin who has to administer this at scale for my org. It’s is just awful. Slow, buggy, and cryptic errors to “contact your company support” (me) instead of explaining what is the exact error. For example one of my users randomly could not register. Turns out it was due to them reaching max number of devices. Of course this app didn’t specify this and I had to research why. But of course I guess that’s typical for a Microsoft app. Also UX is hilariously bad. For example the company logo is placed in a button that you can tap that does absolutely nothing. Crowns wrote this app.

Aplicativo sem atualização pra última versão do iOS 15. Na tela inicial do app informa que tem que fazer atualização mas não tem suporte mais pra esse sistema. Não deveria nem instalar mais o app já que não funciona

Always having to re-login. Not just to this app, but then every single managed app. Changing passwords is a nightmare.

What a Joke
This app only exists so your employer can compromise and track your phone and activity.
Even worse it disables all the useful features of the iPhone. So when you lose your phone or get it replaced you have no access to any backups. You just have to sacrifice all your data.
In the past you could sync with iCloud and restore a new phone in a few minutes.
With this garbage app you’re forced to use a Microsoft backend which is totally worthless and totally aggravating.
