Good App But Constant Issues Logging In
It’s 2026 and I’m experiencing the same issue as others over previous years. Logging in fails using FaceID, then fails with PIN, both with a pop up that says “email and/password is incorrect”. You then have to log in via website with password. This happens every time. However once logged in the app is fine. Useful features. But please fix the login issue. Thx.

Signed up and registered. Had access to my account made a note of my passwords and passcodes, even set up Face ID. Now it won’t let me access it, saying invalid credentials.
Broken in many ways
This is the single worst app I have ever encountered. And after over fifty years as a software developer, I have seen a lot. I have been able to log in, but after many hours trying, have been unable to add either of my shareholdings, using either the website or the app. One is not listed; the other fails validation every time, 'Oops something went wrong'. I cannot understand why this is the case, given that the app appears to be updated quite frequently.

Should be illegal for an investor app to be this bad whilst holding your money/investments in 29 years I’ve never felt the need to leave a 1 star review until now. Absolutely shocking.

I was using Signalshares.com website to access my account, but now with MUFG everything is so well organised in the app, I can see all transactions in one scroll

Awful app
Most of the time you can’t log in and when you do it’s the slowest app iv ever used! I always seem to experience loading errors. Do better because this is unusable.
Useless
Awful app to use! Unable to sign in most of the times and if I successfully signed in, somethings will not work once you logged in. Not good enough!
Rubbish
I can’t even register. Your clever system creates its own password which is incorrect (no special character) but it won’t let me edit it. AI = Absolutely Idiotic!
