The IONOS app now opens with with no visible way to login. After punching around a bit, you get to enter username and password, but then 2-factor kicks in. My choices are: 1. Verify with IONOS app by shaking phone, but shaking does nothing, and I am not logged in, or 2. Use Authenticator to generate a code, but I can’t type in the code because IONOS won’t accept typing into the fill-in-the-blank field that is shown. I cannot get the iPhone keyboard to pop up to type in a number.
In its present form it is worthless. I am using a web browser or full PC to access my account.

I started a website and lost money
I started a website with this company ionos and lost money and lost clients
Harassment
I received a refund and they keep sending me harassing emails and notifications saying I owe them even after reaching out to them. It’s ridiculous.
Taking payments that I have not agreed to
Despite many emails and emails from this company telling me that they will stop the payments they are still taking payments I have not agreed to

Takes a ridiculous amount of time to send emails, can only attach a single attachment at a time, and disconnection errors preventing mail being sent or attachments being saved to a draft/email are a constant frustration that completely ruins user experience - never had to work so hard to send an email in any other app. Needs massive work.

It’s been weeks and I still can’t get them to redirect my domain
Dont use this app
I purchased a domain through this company and paid CAD $16 for one year. After the year was over, I received an email requesting another CAD $16 payment. I did not authorize or knowingly agree to this renewal, so I ignored the email.
What I find completely unacceptable is that the company then sent the alleged $16 balance to a debt collector. For such a small amount, this approach is extremely aggressive and, in my opinion, completely disproportionate.
Companies should be transparent about domain renewals, recurring charges, and what happens if a customer does not renew. Customers should not be surprised by a debt-collection notice over a renewal they did not knowingly authorize.
If there were an option for minus stars, I would give it. Very disappointing experience.

Poor service
I missed a payment then had my email account blocked. Paid the outstanding amount and still account blocked. Called customer service who denied that a dummy host was now on my incoming server. Will definitely be cancelling and looking elsewhere for a better experience.
Not very accessible
iPhone access to emails in Ionos is very clunky. I have to enter my username and password again and again - every 2 mins. It’s so annoying. Thinking of changing to Hostinger.
