IMAP password
Why does my imap email forget the password from time to time? It worked yesterday but today it doesn’t recognise my password. I haven’t changed anything so what has Ionos done? It’s really irritating. Also I now can’t get through to Support for assistance. Excessive wait time. Not impressed.
Sell, sell, sell
I paid for a website and email service. The setting up of the website is far from easy or intuitive. To access my email I need to go through a couple of pages and scroll half way down the page to find the link to my email.
IONOS, make it easier to access the services paid for and stop selling at every opportunity, it’s to much and spoils the service.

Can’t access mobile website
On this app I could utilize the mobile website version. It is no longer available. It only pulls up the website version. I can’t access my store through the website version. Error message to enable cookies. How do I enable cookies on your app? Please help

Worst APP!
Will not take me directly to a pending renewal. I wanted to confirm that a payment was set up properly and had to go to the full website.
Too many disruptions
We lost email archive several times due to disruptions by Ionos. Also too expensive for the service they provide.
Navigating App & Pricing
I’ve been billed over six times in less than a month after signing up over three months ago they just keep adding on and adding on and keep billing. It is not transparent in the pricing and very subjective to advertisement it. Also, the app is horrible trying to get into email and website.
