I couldn’t log in or out so proceeded to delete and reinstall to fix the issue.

They stole money from me. And it's been over a month and i had to go file a police report and get a lawyer. DOO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Trash
Literally not even an app it just uses the website the entire time, I still have to login on the website and use the web browser which is stupid.
Exciting
So far I’m excited about IONOS helping me and the ease of use so far
Going around in circles
I tried to login on the website and it asked me to confirm the login on the app. Logged in on the app and it asked me to confirm the login on the app. Tried the app on a different device and got the same thing. Catch-22 🤦♂️
Convoluted
Not easy to navigate and forced rating
Live chat not working
I cannot send a message via the live chat function. The arrow to send does not respond
Rubbish
Avoid like the plague.
Scam
Bought through clickfunnels decided not to renew. I’m getting “debt collection” emails and texts from them. What a scam
Consent 101
BelieVe
Just my email
I want an easy way to just link my email so I can open it without going through. Looking at all the products you have to offer.
Chat
Trying to get answers on chat and it won’t send my response
Slow Performance
While the service functionality is ok, Always suffering from Slow Performance causing not needed wait time. IONOS needs to invest time for performance reviews
Money hungry
These people are always calling.. any time of the day or night .. they act like they are calling to help you but then harass you over and over about different products they are trying to sell you like crackheads in the subway .. and then straight up lie about prices and will continue to take whatever they want from your bank account whenever they feel like it…

horrible
I hate this app!
Worst App ever
Nothing makes sense on the app sorry the website service is great but your app makes me want to cancel all of my accounts. Put a little more effort into creating an app that’s not so terrible.
It’s a shocker
It’s like something from the 90’s
It fills remote!
Seconding descriptive transmitting force grounding ‘light theories’ and international continuum finish started appraisals inviting a ‘mini journal’ add resonate parts pitching potent times! Thanks all!
