Signed up after hearing it is easy to use , boy was I wrong, can’t get the domain to connect to the website that web builders on this site built for me, not enjoying trying to sort this out.

For not staying competitive now that Claude and ChatGPT can create websites and everything else. Other types of hosting services will push them out as well. Can’t wait until my web builder contract is over and I leave never to return.

I had put in a request to call back and no one called. Then I called and waited for over 27 minutes on an international call and no one answered and kept me waiting for long. The service of ionos has declined in last few years.

Not a free website built by their people, they have ai build it and then don’t reach out. I have my domain but they keep changing it now I have 3 different “websites” they do not help or reach out with help. I have been using this for 2 weeks and have no idea what’s happening. Canceling asap

Please review the terms for service activation. Many users here spread misinformation, claiming that customers are forced to sign up for an annual contract. In reality, that is not the case; the company simply offers a discounted annual plan. You can opt out of the annual plan and choose a monthly payment option instead. I had no trouble cancelling my contract and dropping the plan I didn't need—I didn't even have to call technical support. Furthermore, after submitting a written request to support, I received help adjusting my virtual machine's configuration settings without any hassle. To avoid unwanted charges, simply remove your payment method details from your account dashboard, and no further fees will be charged.

I don’t like their web builder AT ALL and got stuck in a year long contract. So that’s fine because there’s no guarantee that you’re gonna like any of their services and they’re always trying to get you into a contract now that people have so many other options like vibecoding they’re just not gonna be able to stay competitive and people aren’t gonna use them anymore. I can’t wait till my contract is up. I’m gonna go back to Namecheap and never leave.

Waste of money, you end up paying for a basic Wordpress site that is free on Wordpress! They hassle you non stop and make it really hard to cancel their services and change to a better provider! There adverts are misleading claptrap! Don’t waste your money!!
