Non-functional App
Twice I have tried to use this app and both times it has stated ticket not found. Unreliable at best, but likely broken.
Doesn’t work
You can enter the lane number, but the app only allows for 5 digits for a ticket number and the ticket has 6. So, the other review, “no ticket issued with that number”

Needs to be updated
Loved that there’s a convenience at of paying for parking but 2 instances where it wouldn’t scan the parking ticket. Said that there’s no issued ticket with that number. There might be more instances but as I don’t usually park there, I wouldn’t really know. So the app definitely needs to be updated
