Good luck finding Customer service 🤡
I canceled my membership because , the customer service aren’t clear.
I blocked them from my account because they keep changing for the mailbox that doesn’t even approved yet.
And they keep telling me to apply for new mailbox even though they have my full information from the existing mailbox.

App Ok. But mail notification is terrible
App is fine but app is just a small part of the whole process. The folks who process mail and notify subscriber are the weak link. What good is the App if you do not get timely notification of mail?? Unfortunately that is where this idea comes up short as there is no oversight

Not feasible for business use or personal. Charges for each package or letter, on top of the monthly fee. They never answer the phone for assistance.
Unable to cancel. Deeply unethical.
There is no way to cancel this. AI generated chatbot tells me it’s as easy as going to the support center and clicking cancel… Except that cancel is grayed out and can’t be selected. AI support also says that contacting them is as easy as clicking “contact us” but there’s no “contact us” link. There’s only: a phone number that gives me a recording, a “visit FAQ” link, and the chatbot. I’m going to end up getting charged for a second month of this and I’ve never even used it. Nor will I ever use it. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. Ever. I understand why they make it so difficult to cancel… It’s a money grabbing scheme, like so many other apps. But it’s disgusting behavior. I’m going to have to take it up with my credit card company, obviously.

This is a fraud where they charge $20 for a simple single letter mail forward
Notarized form an issue
They do not allow you to choose your own notary. You must use theirs or an online service costing $25. Ridiculous.

Basically useless
The app doesn’t tell you anything other than current mail. You have to go to the website for detail on most things. For instance, I had mail shipped to me. I can’t see whether the mail was shipped in the app. I also can’t see the tracking number in the app. I can’t see the address the mail was shipped to in the app. I basically use Ipostal to 1) receive mail and 2) ship it to me so most of the tasks I need to do I can’t do in the app.

Actually unbelievably bad
I just downloaded this app and I’ve never seen failure this bad this quick, I just opened my account and need to do the notary service. Got my docs all ready and info entered, but need mic and cam. I don’t have a webcam for my pc, so hey download the app. I can’t even start the process because the side bar blocks the screen, it covers 1/4th of the main info page and blocks the continue button in order to start the process to talk to the notary. Unless this app is fine after the fact, this is so awful and I must be missing something if this gets anything above a 2 star. If the menu bar blocks the rest of the app not just this section then wow made by childiren for real, find anyway to not download this and waste internet. So Terrible i almost feel like it’s parody

Doesn’t open & crashes
After ios got updates to 26.5 this app no longer works and it constantly crashes down. I have to use web version bc app doesn’t work anymore
