No longer works
This app was useful but the 92 school bus can no longer be seen on the list or tracked on the map. Stopped working at Christmas, still not working half way through feb 25.
Missed my bus
I was looking on the app saying my bus was 3 minutes away but as I looked up it went right past and I missed, please fix this issue!
Worst bus ever
I was chill in 4 when some assim guy was being creepy I asked him for a spring roll and to my surprise he gave me one but when I got home I discovered the spring roll gave me food poisoning
Honestly I love it
This app is easy to use to see when buses come and bc I’m a student that lives from my high school this app is great for me
Great App
This is a great app and so easy to use and navigate. The map features are excellent and buying tickets via the app is so easy and quick.
Good app room for improvements
I really like the layout of the app it works really well, I feel you should add the ability to add day rovers and other tickets on the app as I prefer doing using the app then getting a paper ticket.
App hasn’t worked for several days !
The app hasn’t worked for several days with no explanation on the website. Can someone tell me why it’s not working. It’s not showng what time the bus will arrive (real time). Very annoying😕
Most of the times it’s doesn’t show the exact times
Better we have to be there 2min before the application shown, but the bus stops have exact time on their departure notice
App not the least intuitive
When I moved to Ipswich, this was one of the first apps I downloaded for easy navigation around the town. Honestly, the app was useless and did not serve its purpose at all. I just have no idea how to search from one place to another. I think the app is only good for buying expensive tickets. I currently have to depend on the First Essex Bus app to help me around Ipswich ☹️.

Useless
I mainly use the app to check departure times. Sometimes it will work, and other times, maddeningly not, just showing a cryptic ‘Nothing expected’. This when a bus is due. If it can’t fulfil this basic function then it’s no use to me. I now depend on buses to get about, but have learned not to depend on the app.

Great app
Really helpful and simple to use
Worst app ever
Poor instructions and terrible app. I now have an expired ticket as instructions to set up were so bad. Called up and told to use the contact us section on the app, it sends an email and the response is can ‘I’ forward it to another department???? Why could they not it that?? Then this morning, tried to download a ticket, I get no internet connection? Tried also on 4G and still get same message. There was nothing wrong with my wife! This has now meant it’s been more expensive. So much for buying a 10 trip ticket! Why bring out an app that is not even ready for use.

Is lacking
This sort of app is only useful if the parent company is prepared to put in the infrastructure to support it. There is no live tracking of buses, I personally never received the registration e-mail to allow me to buy tickets. I think it rightfully deserves one star. You’d be better of taking a picture of the local bus time table which in effect is all this app is. Implement GPS live tracking on your buses, follow TFL and many other bus companies leads up and down the country and then try again with an App.

Irritating more than useful
While providing the discounts of buying a 10 trip, the current implementation is buggy:
Trying to scan the QR code activates Apple Pay causing a race between the barcode scanner and the nfc.
The ‘support’ link tells me to configure email on the device despite there being at least 2 configured email clients on my iPhone (just not the Apple one) .
Apple Pay is offered as a payment mechanism but when used states Apple Pay is not available in Ipswich, which is weird considering I’ve definitely used it to pay for bus fair before.
This might be an Minimum Viable Product but it’s more frustrating than useful. I’d suggest giving it 6 months until it’s less minimum and more viable.
