Pathetic service
An app supposed to assist customers in making and managing their bookings hassle free but this app will continue creating issues in each and every step of booking. Cancellation of ticket seems like an alien option for the app to which it’s not responding yet after trying several times.

Issue with every aspect of the app.
1. Otp never arrives on time while changing password or forgot password.
2. Changing of ‘to’ and ‘from’ doesn’t update and flts of default places are shown.
3. Dates of travel does not get updated and flts for current date is shown even after changing multiple times.
4. Even after multiple negative reviews the app developers/ IRCTC are reluctant to put any effort to make better the application.

Give whole business to private players..
Don’t waste customers time. I booked flight twice and paid ₹ 1.2 lakhs each time & finally failed. My money stuck and next time I wl try price will go up
Recent search
The app has improved. However, recent search show oldest at top and newest at the bottom. There is no way to sort.
Recent search must be sorted in descending order.
